Shame on you people!
Shame on you people! I have rented (peugeot 3008 or similar) and they came with an citroen c4 picasso with 345000 km, I have turned a blind eye for that if the car would run(at least) but the cherry on the cake was that the car didn't start anymore...I have photos and videos with them trying to restart the cat but with no luck.. Marco the guy that bringed the car has really ashamed of the situation, he called Alexandra which was very uncooperative to say the least. They tried to give us a fiat 500 for 2 adults and a kid with luggage.. I have refused and asked for a refund but not wanting to spoil our holiday I've just signed a paper for refund and went back at the airport to get a last minute car available.
The biggest problem is that even now after 4 months I didn't received a refund ( (720 €). I have talked with some guy Fillipo he sent me a confirmation mail for the refund 2 times but still nothing on my account. Today I've tried to contact them by phone again when and after hearing my name they hanged up an since then no more answer. I tried to be as understanding as possible but at this moment the lawyers will take over.
