I Love my Beautiful Pink dress that I purchased for mine and my husbands 35th Wedding Anniversary.

I looked for 2 years for the Perfect Dress…As soon as I found this Beautiful pink dress…I knew it was the One…BEST Dress EVER!

They gladly take your money but do not provide an adequate return service. I bought a stock standard dress and jacket for my daughter's wedding but it didn't fit properly at all. I would have needed to spend a lot more money to get the dress altered and it was totally unsuitable. After many emails they would not give me a return address or refund my money. In the end they said we will give you 14% refund !! What is that !! I am still waiting - it has been 3 months and I believe I will never receive anything from them

Stay away from this company. If you have been trapped and paid by credit card. Contact your bank, they may be able to help and get money back for you. They use .au. They are a Chinese Scam website, nothing relevant to Australia

Fell into same trap as everyone else. Wish I had seen all these comments before I paid over my money.

I purchased a gown in 2019 before covid to attend a formal charity function which meant a lot to me.

With over 40 years of hobby sewing and tailoring dresses, gowns, curtains and haberdashery, I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from this firm. The drawings/pictures are photoshopped, the style, colour and fabric are nowhere near the picture.

I've always believed in integrity and work for a government organization. As long as there are crooked sellers there, you will find one of many and its in this website.

I called several times and no-one answered or return my email.

To this day, I've never worn the dress and it's still in the bag it came in. I had to buy one from a boutique quickly in order to attend the formal function.

The rating of one is too great. I am a genuine buyer and like a car mechanic in Kogarah I recently used, experienced the same problem. I reported to NSW Fair Trading.

NEVER EVER TRADE WITH MINEL. I cancelled my order within 24hrs and they have not refunded my money, despite the return policy on their website. I got nothing but excuses from them. Despite Australian website address, the company is based in Hong Kong. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Disgusting customer service when I asked to return the dress I purchased.
The dress was nothing like it was advertised and the material and cut was awful with a built in bra that wasn’t mentioned in the description.
Extremely dissatisfied and the company have ignored all emails regarding a refund.
Just lost over $200 and beyond upset.
Wish I’d seen all the bad reviews before I bought the dress.

Very disappointed in their customer service!
The dress that I received was not the dress that I ordered, and I sent them 7 emails and they did not bother to respond to me. They "pride themselves on customer satisfaction", however, by the looks of things they are doing the complete opposite.
I have nothing nice to say about this company, and I would like something done about it. They cannot keep getting away with scamming people like this.

Well this place doesn’t even deserve any star!! Total scam!. I just bought from this site and it is a disgrace what they sent me. Requested 14 received probably a 6. Dodgy sewing jacket is not even lined. Only thing right was the colour!!!. They have ripped off so many people by the looks. How can we get this sight removed or In hope get our money returned. So many people they have scammed. I requested my money back due to defects and got the sorry it was made to order WRONG!!. It states on website refund in 30 days if defects!!. Well too many defects to list. There reply sorry Dear dress made for you we make larger size and charge a material fee!!! OMG!!
The dress was not made to my measurements it was a standard size Au 14!!! that ordered.
I’m so annoyed they have affected so many.

My dress arrived and was a very poor fit. I emailed to see where i could return it to and get a refund. I was informed that as it was made to order, this could not happen. I have shown them details regarding consumer rights when buying on line, with no response. I will be taking things further.
My advice is to never have any dealings with this company.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has had such poor customer service.

BEWARE this site has so many bad reviews , they are getting away with so much and they know it. I got my dress ,nothing like the soft flowing material in picture , It was so stiff it almost stood up. The website said Aus 16, it’s about 3 sizes to small.Dress would not fit over head and has been seen in to tight around knees , so middle has heaps of room but top and bottom won’t fit, I showed 2 dress makers , they couldn’t”t believe the shonky work! I was absolutely horrified when I got the dress, they offered me $20 refund and keep the dress. Lucky I didn’t pay the $759 they think it’s worth , then they advertise for $156 how could you discount a dress by $600? They responded very quick to my email when I had trouble paying but very slow responding when your complaining. When I said I am going to Fair Trading they sent me an email saying , If you don’t mind we know are rights on how much we can refund$20 what an insult, They also sent me an email saying, they cancelled order and will refund but be patients as the bank takes times, next email says you can have only $20. You have to chase them up constantly for a response, It really breaks your heart when you read about all the women who have had their very special moments destroy by this company, I have never seen so many bad reviews and nothing is done to stop them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I bought my beach style knee length wedding dress from here, sending over my exact measurements, which had 140 positive reviews, but when it arrived, I was horrified because it's awful! The bust is 3 sizes too big, the colour is stark white not the colour I ordered, the lace is stiff, it's out of proportion, its bunched at the waist and it makes me look like plumb drag queen.
Minel have not responded to my 3 emails requesting a refund.
My Mum has little money but she insisted on buying the dress for me. Now I've got to spend more money buying a new one! I'm getting married in 3 months.
AVOID THIS SITE!!! They are unethical. Shame on you Minel!

I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful light blue with white trim mother of the bride satin suit from Minel. I’ll add here after I’d made the purchase I saw the exact same suit advertised considerably cheaper (maybe $50-$60 cheaper) on another site.
On receipt the jacket was a chiffon type material that fell badly. Nothing like the advertisement. On contacting Minel they simply said they ‘use only quality materials’. I gave up with them and proceeded to have adjustments made to jacket which first off were disastrous. Found another seamstress who cutting the jacket into a bolero. All up this will have cost around $400+ for this suit. Have purchased a delightful half price winter dress ($60 au) that I more than likely will wear now.

NEGATIVE 5. I haven't even received a dress. I cancelled the order immediately after purchase, and they said yes, cancelled and refund issued. 8 days later no refund, then when I chased it up, they informed me they have shipped the order dear! and to "wait". It is obvious that they are deceitful in their ways, because I have "apparently" sent a custom made dress - it's on it's way, to which according to their policy, there is no refund. No response to further emails and proof that they cancelled the order and said they had issued a refund. Next step VISA DISPUTE for FRAUD.

I would’ve goven it a 0 if I could I spent sooo much money on a dress that is size ten and I got size sixteen and they keep saying they made it according to my request.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I spent over $200 on a dress and then paid the extra for made to measure. The dress arrived. The colour did not match the red website colour. It was more orange than red. The fit was terrible. The neckline was far to high and to much fabric in this area.
The dress was way to big. The company offered to make another one for $180. This was totally unacceptable as the first dress could not be used at all.

Bought dress $300 the colour was wrong - the dress was advertised champagne gold in fact it's like Christmas decoration colour. I paid extra for size and the size was too big. The company refused a full refund. Very poor customer service, there is no full eturn policy no return address. Will never buy from this company again. it's a company base in China and it's wrongly advertised that it is an Australian Company

Ordered my wedding dress from this company. The stuffed up my bust measurement by 12cm and won't refund me. I get married in 5 weeks so am most upset. They had the gall to say they would make me another dress but only if I paid for materials. They then emailed to say they would refund me 8%. What a joke. I will now lodge a dispute with the Office of Fair Trading

So disgusted with this site, i tried to put in a dispute and fair trading rejected it. What can i do? Can i get my money back? I think we should all put in a class action and have this site shut down. It's appalling what they do to their customers. Advertise false information then send you something totally different and wrong sizing.
