Since I purchased it, it has given me a lot of fun.

Went to Mercedes Vertu garage at Ascot to view a second hand car and was treated with absolute disregard and distain by showroom staff with no one bothering to approach us to help or ask why we were there. We had an appointment which we were about 15 minutes early for and the young salesman did then do his best to be helpful but there was no wiggle room or negotiating, it was take it or leave it. On deciding to purchase a new car instead, again there were no offers or extras, even asking for car mats was met with a no. The actual purchasing no one seemed to know the procedures in place and the whole experience was tedious and drawn out and any excitement over buying a new car was completely lost. Very poor customer service and would not buy a car here again.
