I ordered something

I ordered something. I don’t know where it went wrong, my card got checked but not charged. There should be an error in the website or they just didn’t want to sell it for the sale price.
Now it’s not on sale anymore.

We have investigated the matter, and our system has not been down during the period in question. It therefore does not appear that there have been any technical errors on our part. 

We understand that it is unfortunate that you were not able to complete the purchase at the discounted price, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. 

As the order was not registered in our system, and the offer has now expired, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer the item at the previous price.

Very bad service:

Very bad service:
-Charged me twice for packaging
-Took around 48 hours to answer
-Refused to exchange an item that was ordered by mistake until being charged for postage.
-Even when I ordered a label and decided to cancel it. Ir took them 48 hours to write me back telling it's too late.
