My mother underwent arm and leg lift surgery at Mayclinic on September 2nd. Dr. Şafak and his team thoroughly explained the preoperative process, and after the surgery, Nurse Ceren and Assistant Gülşah provided continuous, professional care and support around the clock.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude, especially to Dr. Şafak Çakır and Nurse Ceren, for never leaving us alone and for their constant presence and dedication throughout the treatment. It was truly an outstanding surgical experience.

Everything was amazing! Even though I am Turkish and already familiar with hospitals and systems in Turkey, I was positively surprised by how perfectly Mayclinik organized everything. From the hospital to the surgery, the hotel, transportation, and the care given by the nurses, every step was truly perfection.

I had a breast augmentation together with a 360 body lift. The first person I contacted was Gülşah, who is one of the most patient and kind people I have ever met. She helped me coordinate everything from start to finish 🙏🏻 I should not forget to mention my beautiful angel nurses Merve, Elif, Selda, Şevval, and many others whose names I, unfortunately, cannot remember, I thank all of them from the bottom of my heart🙏🏻❤️ They took care of me both in the hospital and at the hotel. I called them my angels because they are truly more than nurses; they care for you as if you were a member of their family. I also want to thank Dr. Ferhat, who visited me in the hospital almost every day 🙏🏻❤️

After I returned home, my aftercare angel Ceren answered all my questions patiently and explained everything in detail about what I could do and when. She still checks in with me every two days, and I am so grateful to her 🙏🏻

And then comes the superstar Dr. Şafak Çakır ❤️
I had been following his work for quite some time, and from the very beginning I knew that I wanted him to perform all of my surgeries. I was absolutely right, everything went smoothly, and thanks to him I am healing very fast. After years of waiting, I finally have the body I have always dreamed of.
If that is not enough, he is also incredibly humble and kind, and he answers every question with great patience. He is like my fairy godmother 😄 I asked, and within a few hours he worked his magic and gave me exactly what I wanted 🙏🏻

I am deeply grateful to every person I met on this journey. Everyone was kind, caring, and patient 🙏🏻 I sincerely apologize if I have missed any names, especially from the hospital, since things were a bit blurry after the surgery.

I have already scheduled my second surgery for my arms and thighs in a few months 🤗

I couldn’t be happier! I had my breast reduction surgery on the 17.03.2025 with Dr. Yusuf Acar. I was scared at first so kept postponing my surgery but Mayclinik supported me through conversations to help with my anxiety. Got Istanbul and was met with a very nice driver who took me to the hospital and was later introduced to the nurse who would be in charge of my case. She was amazing. Hotel was very comfortable, transfer from the hotel to the hospital was very comfortable too. Met Dr. Yusuf Acar, who took me through all that will happen, did my marking and was given the chance to ask lots of questions which was answered. You might think language barrier but there was someone there to translate my needs to the Dr.
Post care surgery was very good
Nurses kept in touch with me even after I returned to the UK. It has been more than 6 months after surgery and I can’t believe my life has changed so much thanks to Mayclinik and Dr. Yusuf Acar. Thanks a lot for this life changing experience.

I cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Yusuf Acar, Dr Bora, Busra my coordinator, Ozge the hospital clinic nurse, Elif the hotel nurse, and everyone I came into contact with. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was properly cared for.

Dr Yusuf Acar does phenomenal work! He is a true artist and I am so happy with my results. I already love my new shape, even though I am still early in my recovery, so I know it will only get better! He was so careful with me and made sure I was well enough to be discharged from the hospital. My incisions at 3 weeks look so good. All of my friends and family are amazed!

Dr Bora the anesthesiologist was so sweet and kind. I had a lot of anxiety and he went above and beyond to reassure me and answer all of my questions. He truly made the experience so much better.

Ozge and Elif took excellent care of me in the hospital and hotel. As a nurse myself, I could see they really cared about me and always communicated any concerns with the doctors. I knew I was in good hands with them at bedside.

The after care nurse Ceren is continually checking in on me as well as giving me instructions during my recovery. I couldn’t not have asked for more and I would highly recommend the Mayclinik to everyone. They are all wonderful people who truly care about patients! It was worth the trip from the U.S.!

3 weeks ago I had the gastric sleeve done with Dr Osman at mayclinik. I live in Australia and I traveled to turkey with my husband and 3 young kids to get the procedure done. They were able to accomodate both my family and I in the best way possible. My youngest only turned one a week before my procedure and I am still breast feeding and they were able to work around that. My procedure was very successful I was up and about within 2 days and able to travel. The staff at the hospital and hotel were all so helpful. Duygu the nutritionist has also been very helpful with addressing any of my food concerns and she is very responsive. I can’t thank the mayclinik team enough. I return to Australia tomorrow and have already lost more than 10kg in 3 weeks.

I had a 360 tummy tuck with Vaser liposuction, muscle tightening, and gynecomastia from Dr Yusuf Acar. The entire process from traveling and getting picked up, taken to 5 star hotel, surgery, and aftercare was an extraordinary experience. Dr Acar, the nurses, and staff are all so amazing and great at their craft. I’m very very appreciative of them. Nurse Busra was my special nurse that helped me through experience more than she knows. Recently, I had a rhinoplasty procedure done with Mayclinik! It was an amazing experience with everyone who assisted me. The hotel staff, the nurses, the assistants, and especially the surgeon. I want to thank each of them for their hospitality and the comforting environment they welcomed me into! The communication from each person was thorough and excellent. The surgery was quick and painless. Only 2 weeks after the procedure I had healed up. The surgeon's communication is one that I told everyone about when I arrived home. I was so thankful for how he treated me. He made sure I understood everything going on during the surgery and the treatment afterward. I plan on coming back to Turkey for Mayclinik in the near future. I highly recommend Mayclinik to friends, family, and anyone seeking a rhinoplasty surgeon.

I went through Mayclinic to have several different procedures, 360 lipo, tummy tuck, thigh liposuction/lift and a BBL. Really happy with the outcome of the surgery.
The hospital was amazing, very clean and the nurses spoke great English. They were very kind and helpful also.

The hotel linked to Mayclinic that I stayed at was also pleasant, the nurses stopped past every day which was great.

I travelled from Sydney Australia to Istanbul to have my gastric sleeve surgery done. Prior to this, i was in communication with staff through WhatsApp which made things so much easier to ask questions or video call if I had any concerns about anything. Easy transition from airport to the hotel, as they organise your pick up and drops off from airport, appointments and surgery back to the hotel. Nurses are very attentive and always checking up on me as i traveled alone. Which was pretty nice. My surgeon is amazing. He doesn’t beat around the bush and is very straight forward when discussing the process and what my next steps of my journey should look like. Overall, it was a great experience and awesome level of care by staff, nurses, drivers and my surgeon.

In early August of this year, I began my journey from Germany to Istanbul. My treatment included a
tummy tuck, rectus diastasis repair, liposuction, and a breast lift with implants. Dr. Yusuf Acar is a fantastic doctor and an exceptional aesthetician. Of course, you have a certain idea of how you want the results to turn out. As far as I am concerned, he exceeded my expectations. The results are far better than I expected. Well, what can I say. This hospital is absolutely outstanding from the beginning to the end. The staff including the nurses, doctors, surgeons, receptionist have been brilliant. You have made my daughter's life so much better, and now she's able to reach her full potential.

The facilities were amazing, very tidy and modern. The nurses, staff and Drs were very responsive and supportive throughout the pre and post op appointments and visits, there were almost no language barriers. I recently went too mayclinik for a hair transplant they told me they were going too do 4000 grafts, I have a photo and at the time I did not no what 4000 grafts looked like after comparing my graft photos too other 4000 grafts photos I have only half , it was a rushed procedure they were very friendly but my hair is very patchy and no where near enough if any grafts put in my crown region where it needed too be put the most , I contacted them about this but they are being very blunt and not replying as I just wanted too no if I needed a second transplant too achieve better results , I would highly recommend doing research on a good place as now I have too spoken too other clinics and I will need too go back for a second procedure , if you need photos I can send them too you 👍

I had my surgery in April 2025 in Istanbul after my initial consultation in London, I can honestly say that from start to finish the whole experience was great, I felt very safe and knew that I was in good hands, I had hardly no pain whatsoever and the aftercare in the hospital and back at the hotel was perfect, the nurses were there everyday checking on you and changing your dressings. I would say anyone thinking about having surgery with Mayclinik shouldn’t think twice! It’s safe and the aftercare both in Istanbul and in the UK is second to none!
