This was a horrible experience
This was a horrible experience. This is the last thing you want to deal with when you are celebrating your daughter' wedding. One of the scrolls I ordered was broken. When I asked for a replacement, they sent me the wrong size lids. They could have just sent one replacement scroll instead of two lids, no big deal. When I asked for help, they Said they couldn’t help me any further. Then after telling them off, they said if I had asked nicely, they would have sent the scrolls. Fact is he never said he would replace the scroll. He was extremely rude, called me a liar, and made racist comments against Pakistanis, saying that it is only the Pakistanis who write bad reviews. He said "In the past whole decade we only have got couple of bad reviews unfortuantely from a couple of customers from Pakistan who inspite of being catered to, just wanted to put us down. " This was only about one broken scroll which they could have easily sent me. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Do your self a favor and stay away from them. They were extremely rude. Don’t ruin such an auspicious celebration by dealing with this company.

Kindly note that your request to replace one scroll came after approx. 2 months of ordering them and which is difficult to cater. A product, if damaged needs to be instantly intimated to us within a reasonable prescribed time limit. Having said that we did send you the replacement but is unfortunate that it still not satisfy you. We totally understand the stress that one goes through during such important occasions.
Nevertheless we will always strive hard to satisfy our customers with best possible efforts as we did with you.
