Cheap plastic crap items

Cheap plastic crap items - nothing like photos or desctiption in the add. To return have to ship to China - identified as a scam online - learned value lesson, "do research before ordering".

Lyla has quickly become my favourite

Lyla has quickly become my favorite jewelry brand. The designs are really beautiful and unique, and the quality feels amazing and the pieces look and feel so well made. I was also impressed that the jewelry doesn’t tarnish, even after wearing it a lot, which makes it even more worth it. I’ve ordered several times already and I’m always happy with my purchases. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to!

The delivery to 3 weeks and the 2x was…

The delivery took 3 weeks and the 2x was closer to an L. It's really poor quality material. All the "caring about..." on the website is bologna. And I have to pay for the return. They did NOT refund my money- only 20%.

Clothing ordered was 5X - Dress Far Too Small

Clothing ordered was 5X. Apparently that size is much smaller in whatever country they came from. Very unhappy that I am expected to pay costly shipping to get a refund.

Simply terrible

Simply terrible! I haven't received my order for 2 months, and after writing several times I only got replies saying the order would be shipped in 1-2 days, which never happened... I didn't get my money back either! I'm going to get a lawyer involved, but don't buy from them, they're ripping you off!

Never again

The good news: LYLA's customer service responds quickly and in a friendly manner. Otherwise, this was a very unpleasant shopping experience, containing several unsuccessful queries. Of the two pieces of jewellery I ordered as a Christmas present on December 8, only one has arrived so far. Today (Februar 9) - after another enquiry on my part - I was asked to double-check my address. It's a miracle that one item has arrived.

Update April 19:
After my post from February, LYLA contacted me to say that the missing earrings are on their way and asked me to remove the review. Two months later, the earrings still haven't arrived. I can definitifely NOT RECOMMEND LYLA.

Misleading product + awful customer service

I purchased an “Exclusive Advent Calendar” advertised as having “24 doors,” expecting it to contain 24 items as clearly stated. Instead, I only received 2 rings, which is completely unacceptable and far from what was promised.

When I reached out to customer service, they ignored my follow-up after initially dismissing my complaint. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue has been incredibly frustrating.

This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. i advise you to NOT order from lyla sweden!!!!
