Had to chase up delivery updates and when it arrived the box was dented!

Beautiful candles and holder! A repeat order, excellent quality and gorgeous colours.

Order arrived as expected and the candle care set was simply beautiful.

The candles are just soooo beautiful and the customer experience exceeded my expectations. This is a lovely business who go the extra mile and the products just ooze luxury.

Beautiful candles, great for show. However three out of the four snapped with inserting into candle holders.
Wouldn’t mind paying as much as they are if they didn’t snap so I would say I’m left unhappy.

Excellent. Speedy delivery and delightful product

I may have misunderstood but I thought this was a luxury scented candle. It was a present and had no mention that it was iced matcha and the reason I purchased it was my friend loves matcha. Also it says if I choose to burn it? Do all candles not burn? Sorry to leave a negative review as I never do but this was a big waste of money for me.

Love love love these candles. Have orchard so many and even a gifts. Beautiful craftsmanship in every peice.

Absolutely beautiful products and so much better in real life. I ordered a twin set of candles, which are stunning but the Shibui candle holder is a delightful piece of work - weighty, thought-out and a wonderful little luxury. The package also arrived perfectly and the finishing touches made it a really special experience to open. Can't wait to add to my collection!
