you do not have right sizes
you do not have right sizes. I have been ordering Santoni shoes online since 2020 over 15 pairs. And 42,5 corespondes to 8,5 NOT 7,5 Santoni size.
I end up with 3 pairs from you that are small! Since I am not in EU return is not a option.

Di solito non lascio mai recensioni perché sono troppo pigra, ma stavolta il negozio merita davvero lo sforzo: servizio clienti whatsapp preciso, chiaro e puntuale.
Cercavo un articolo introvabile anche sul sito originale, non solo qui ho trovato quello che cercavo ma anche a sconto col 50%, così ho deciso di provare l’acquisto aggiungendo un paio di scarpe per arrivare al minimo senza spese di spedizione: al costo di quanto avrei dovuto pagare l’articolo ne ho presi due senza spese di spedizione. Ho fatto l’ordine di sabato sera e martedì a pranzo il pacco era a casa mia, quindi per riassumere direi: precisi, puntuali, veloci e super soddisfacenti.
I usually don’t write any review as I’m too lazy, but definitely this store is worth a try: I found the wallet card I couldn’t find anywhere (not even on the original store as the item is out of stock and they couldn’t tell me if they would restock it) and it was on 50% sale. To avoid the shipping fees I had just to choose another item and in the end for the same price I would have paid the wallet card I got a par of shoes and the wallet card itself. WhatsApp customer service is very easy to reach and they answer in a very short amount of time.
Placed the order on Saturday afternoon and I got it delivered on Tuesday, lunch time. I didn’t experience any sort of issue. In the end I would say: punctual, easy and trustable. In case of any doubts, do not hesitate and give it a try.
