If I could give it zero stars I would. Used the site a couple of times without problems(other than quality of flowers not being what they picture) but this last time I bought the flowers, then they send messages saying they didn’t have «stock»(really? A flower shop has no roses?) then tried to call, not possible. Talk to someone via email? Also not possible. Overall such a frustrating experience
Wrong bouquet sent and they couldn't care less!
I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers and yellow roses. They sent me a picture of the bouquet with red roses.I rejected it. They sent it anyway. Today the lost a 5-year customer. The service and quality have been declining steadily.

I have always used Lolaflora, they usually call to be sure that everything is ok. Just this time, they checked as completed, but they haven't delivered the gift. I opened a ticket, to make them know that we didn't receive the gift. They helped me with my case. And the flowers were delivered, I appreciate that the issue was resolved the same day.

Never, never, never take this one! They called me hours before the delivery to say that they can deliver to that address...not the first time with a bad experience, but definitely the last one!
Completely untrustworthy
They notified me my flowers had been 'delivered' when they simply had not. I tried to contact the company about this and there is no communication channel that allowed me to do so. Avoid this company like your life depends on it.

be careful with this company. Unfortunately, this company violates deadlines and cheats customers. I have a personal negative experience with them: once they did not deliver flowers to the recipient on the specified day and did not even warn about it.
And the second time they simply deceived me and put cheap candies instead of Ferrero Rocher candies, which I ordered and paid for.
Instead of adequately responding to their mistakes, this firm just shrugs it off and doesn't even apologize.

AVOID this vendor!!! Terrible service. One week before mother's day we ordered two flower arrangements from my mom and my mother in law. One was delivered there next day (one week before the delivering date!) and the other one was not been delivered, though my mom was there the whole day waiting for it. I was never informed about it and their follow up service is just disappointing.

Ordered some roses to be delivered to my wife and they were not delivered due to my wife being unreachable . I then had them rescheduled for the next day Valentine’s Day! They were marked as delivered! But my wife never received them . I sent a ticket to help desk and they told me that they delivered the flowered to my he neighbor and decided that was good enough to mark them delivered. My wife spoke to the neighbor and he hey did not receive them either. Now it seems like I have no other options since they have been considered delivered even though it was knowingly delivered to the wrong address!

I ordered a sweater and received a shiny, thin sweatshirt instead. It had the same print, but is not what I ordered. I've been trying to return for over a month and the company is "trying to connect me" with the right department. Really, is returning an item so complicated? I will never purchase from them again.

Absolutely shocking quality clothing - avoid at all cost. Looks like mass produced and very poor materials - still waiting for my refund abandoned keep fobbing me off with emails saying leave it with us, refunds will sort it. Please please AVOID
TERRIBLE experience but it got solved
The experience was terrible and I evaluate it badly for the first experience to deliver flowers on Mother’s Day. Don’t recommend it since it’s a lot of stress…. BUT the HUMAN CLIENT SERVICE is AWESOME. They seem to handle a lot of mad clients so please bear with them. I bought the flowers on May 10th and got an answer on May 25th but had to manage it personally and waste some time to get to speak to a human…. The 2nd delivery was a nice experience for my mom.

Terrible service and overall experience. Beware, LolaFlora seems to have changed their name to Mizu (probably to continue scamming people).
I bought a bouquet with them, they:
- Never delivered it,
- Didn't provide any status on the order or any explanations.
- Didn't offer an apology.
All reviews on Google and FB about this business are terrible, many people complain they never got their money back.
I cancelled my order the day after it wasn't delivered and received an automated email telling me my reimbursement would take up to 7 business days!
I'm seriously concerned I'll never see my money back. This company sounds like a complete fraud.
