Løvegården er en glutenfri webshop. Du finder en masse delikatesser som marmelader, krydderier, olier, kaffe, te osv som er naturligt fri for gluten, men du finder også glutenfri specialvarer som brød, kage, pasta, øl og mel som ofte vil indeholde gluten, men det er ikke tilfældet med nogen af produkterne hos Løvegården.

I ordered the "rissur" since I was…

I ordered the "rissur" since I was interested in making a gluten free sourdough. The product works, but I would have appreciated a little bit more instruction in how to use it (this needs to come from the supplier, not Løvegården). The product was delivered quickly.
In short, the product produces a really good gluten free sourdough bread, if given enough time to work (about 24 hours in my experience). I would recommend this to anyone looking to make gluten free sourdough bread, or bread rolls.

We don’t produce rissur or any of the other products you can buy from us, so we don’t have more knowledge about how the products are used than what we receive from the manufacturers.
