Now I'm buying from Lidl so you have lost custom. Lidl has nicer stuff anyway 😝

It would appear that Livelean are no more. Their website livelean.co.uk has been taken down.
It looks like that have been taken over by eatzest who offer freshly prepared healthy meals for delivery.
The one star is for not updating their customers. I was satisfied with their products and services.

Fantastic quality meat and great prices. Arrives quickly and is well packed. They don't get orders perfect every time, but they are very quick to offer a solution if there is an error of any kind and I have always been very happy with their service. I now order regularly, as the quality of their meat is just brilliant.

EDIT : Turns out not so great afterall. It looks like LiveLean have merged with some weird pre-packaged meal service, with no warning and are now not communicating with customers who have placed orders. I in fact have a credit due to me and now it's gone along with the website, so this review is now not accurate and as a result I have changed the rating from 5stars to 1.

They charged me for 2 orders when i ordered only 1 and then sent the order to the wrong address by time it got to the right address the meat wasn’t suitable for human consumption. After many attempts of trying to contact them which took over a week they argued with me about it! I finally got a refund after 5 weeks as they kept saying they had refunded me when they hadnt! It’s a shame really because they have a loyal and returning customer that they have lost business from. Now having better service from their competitors!

Should have received my order on the 11th. Still nothing and no reply from emailING then.

Ordered 15x World Cup hamper.

Some of the meals were of much better quality than others. Most of the packets were damaged in transit, luckily I was putting them straight into the freezer.

However the packaging labels are not water safe so when goods defrost the ink runs all over the place, staining work tops and tables.

Better than Musclefood. Musclefood Chicken is green and Smelly and LiveLean's isnt! 5*

Used to be very good, still good value, and decent quality, however all of my order had a use by date of the following day, coupled with multiple broken packages will make me consider other companies in future.

UPDATE - Promise of a re-order has not been fulfilled as mentioned by their comment below. Very disappointed.

All the meat we’ve had is delicious, such good value, steak meatballs are fabulous, tastier than any others we’ve bought.

After discovering that I had stipulated the incorrect week of delivery ahead of my wife's birthday BBQ, I received a personal call from Craig who not only re-arranged a next day delivery at no extra cost but added to said delivery as a gift for my wife's celebrations.

Contact was kept even after the stage of delivery to ask how the party went and the food was received.

We are already in the process of our next order and will continue to champion both quality of product and top class service via all social mediums when the opportunity arises.

So a few weeks ago I made the switch from musclefood to LiveLean and so far I am pretty glad I did. When it arrived I was already surprised to see how well it was packaged, the silver bag it came in was padded and sealed and also kept everything fresh, plus additional packaging in the box for extra security. Chicken breasts are huge 😯 need to do a little bit of fat trimming but just a small sacrifice. Lean Steak burgers taste amazing!!🤤 so surprised that they didn’t dry out during cooking. Low fat pork sausages also amazing!! Great addition to my lunch. I don’t ever review anything but very impressed so far with my first order! I even got a phone call to make sure everything arrived safely 👍 Thanks to the guys at live lean for providing me with a service customers deserve. To quote Arnie...I’ll Be Back!

This is the second time I've ordered a hamper so am a returning customer and am again very happy with my purchase.

Used livelean a couple off times and can't complain. The offers are really good value for money and the service is great. The food is really good. I for one will be using the company for a long while

The meat is always very good and deliveries on time

Having used a competitor previously - the value for money was fantastic. However, the competitor has better quality chicken breasts in terms of their size and retaining size when cooked.

Excellent customer service in relation to a minor issue.
