    10 weeks later I’m still waiting

    Im still waiting for the entirety of my bed to arrive two and a half months after paying for it. First I got the mattress, then finally the base and now I still am missing the feet of the bed. And this after numéro unanswered phone calls and emails !!!! So frustrating.

    Received a call from Litier Francais to…

    Received a call from Litier Francais to help with the service issues we encountered.

    We chose to give Litier Francais another opportunity to resolve our issues. Leon was very helpful in faciltating the return of the wrong size mattress and exchanging for the correct size.

    We await the refund of the the original purchase and the delivery of the correct mattress.
