I used this company pre Christmas

I used this company pre Christmas . Unfortunately the lights I ordered were not quite right . I duly returned them. 48 hr proof of delivery . After chasing Lights fur fun confirmed they did NOT receive the order ! They made NO effortbto help check !!!!I was sure they had been returned correctly . Still no effort from their side , no gesture of a refund . No gesture of a credit ! Finally with the help of my local post office I tracked the parcel which as suspected had been received !!!! I did receive a refund . I will not use this company again . Absolutely no effort or even a friendly apology !
