Just contacted Lettasafe about our fab, through-wall letterbox which is in perfect condition three years after I installed it. We get some powerful wind gusts where we are, and sometimes the air pressure lifted the outside letter flap before letting it drop with an annoying "thunk!" I thought it might be a missing/lost piece of rubber gasket, so I contacted the company about it.

No, Louise helpfully informed, there's not meant to be a piece of gasket where I suspected. Instead, she volunteered she'd send out a magnetic strip to help hold the flap in place - at no charge. I didn't even have to ask! It arrived in short order, I fitted it (where it isn't visible), and found it was made-to-fit perfectly. Problem solved in 60 seconds!

We also have the Welsh slate house sign Lettasafe made for this box. Despite three years of exposure to the sun, it looks like new! All it takes is some Lithofin slate oil rubbed over it a couple times a year.

I couldn't be happier with Lettasafe's first-rate letter box! It's the perfect accompaniment to our house renovation.

Amazing customer service!

I spoke to Kevin at Lettasafe about a post box I had bought back in 2015 - my lock had broken and I asked if they might be able to send me a replacement one. Without hesitation he offered to put a part in the post to me. Customer service like this is rare! Highly recommend Kevin and Lettasafe.

We inherited a Cambridge letter box when we bought our house; a great box but the sellers left us only one key and despite the fact that we were not the original purchasers, Lettasafe identified the box and order and supplied two extra keys. Three years later the lock itself developed a fault and Kevin supplied us with a replacement lock with the same number so that all our keys can still be used. Delighted with the service and the quality of the products. Thank you Kevin and Lettasafe!

We had a Lettasafe post box installed in 2018 with Clarendon font lettering. The post box has been first class but we needed to renew the lettering (after almost 6 years, which is an amazing length of time). I called Lettasafe who immediately identified our order (via Octagon Developments) and the typeface.

When the lettering arrived, Kevin from Lettasafe kindly talked us through the process of transferring the letters and numbers from the masking paper onto the box.

We have had both a letter box and a parcel box fitted into our wall. Both are of a very high build quality and functionally ideal. There are a lot of flimsy, lightweight options out there which we have had in the past. Glad we have upgraded now. I’ll also add that Lettasafe’s customer service is fantastic. Lovely product and lovely company.

First time I bought had an issue with the letterbox, it didn’t close all the way. Most likely an issue that occurred from delivery. Spoke to a really nice gentleman called Kevin and he replaced the letterbox without any issues and was so helpful.

We are now fitting a year later and misplaced the fittings. I called up and was honest and let Louise know. She was absolutely brilliant, and sent out new fixings without any charge. The service of this company is excellent and the products they sell are very high quality and look like the person making them has taken the time to make it perfect.
