I am still awaiting £95 refund from clothing I sent back in January. They have confirmed goods have been received but still no refund after emailing them every week

Should have checked the reviews before ordering. Have been trying to return a dress for weeks now and getting no response. Will not order again and will advise everyone to avoid this site. Very unhappy person 🙁

my third review on my problems with lemmonmoda, as said in my previous review, I have been waiting for them to get back in touch with me regarding the offer they made me 20% coupon and keep the dress or 10% coupon and keep the dress, when will you listen to what I am saying and give me the return details and I can get a refund !!!! how can these companies keep our hard earned cash and theres not a damm thing we can do about it as they dont communicate with you. I am fuming with the way these people can get away with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

to be fair, I wouldn't even give them a 1 rating. Pretty certain it's a scam. Where is my order? They need an order number, but they've never sent me one. They'll happily take money out of your account and when you send them proof, they want the order number they never sent you.

Well should have taken notice of the reviews. Like most bought, paid and received. But trying to return is a nightmare!!!!!! Did manage to get in touch via a different route on the contacts and even got a reply, but as yet nothing on returning or refunding.

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit. When I tried to return it I had to jump through hoops. The website defaults to tell you you are past the number of days allowed to return. Some people have said 14 days mine said 30 days when actually it was only a week since I had ordered! I emailed them and they replied to say my return was organised. I had to email again to get the label! It ended up costing me £9.63 in postage in total. Will never use again. Also not impressed with the quality!

Left a review about lemmonoda...I gave them information and photo evidence of the parcel left at the bottom of high rise flats in a very public place,,, the parcel was stolen...dated Tuesday 14th June at 1_30 .theres nothing else too give but I’m being pestered by email...I’m not into all this and found it very stressful. I should be reimbursed for the item and aggravation.theyhave my mobile could be sorted. FUMIN,,,,your the only contact I have with them.Thank you very much for your help.....this has gone on too long I wish it was resolved...the courier left it in a very public place they should be held too accountability,,,,

I placed an order on the 23/06/2022 and would like to return items however it is saying that I am past the 14 day return time however it is only 11 days since I placed my order please assist me with this !!

Just like everyone else is saying, Poor quality , requested to return items , which was agreed , paid for postage and checked where refund was , status says declined ! Says contact them but there’s no contact number or email , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, items unlike photos not same quality

I have ordered from this company before and loved the items I received and the customer service was great. I ordered another time and wanted to return the items as I wasn’t happy with what I ordered and I could not get ahold of anyone until I filed a dispute with PayPal. I returned the items and was told they received them and would refund my money once I confirmed via email that is what I wanted. I replied and found that the company has blocked my email and has not refunded my money. Then to make matters worse I have yet another order I placed on June 10th that is still processing. Got on the website and canceled the order but have again yet to hear from them.
This makes me so angry as I told all my friends what a great company they were.

Do not order from this company, I ordered a number of tops and dresses. When they arrived they were very poor quality and the colours were very dull compared to the vibrant colours on screen. I went to request a return which was accepted and I started to pack the items up. Next day I posted the items back (by courier at my expense). When I went to check the refund it said DECLINED. The items were brand new, not even tried on......and returned within 28 days!! There is no contact no. to ring them. I am £70 out of pocket!!! Beware!!!

Wanted to return some items and was refused, after discussing the problem with lemonmoda they are giving me a full refund, I will certainly be ordering again, there tops and dresses are fab.

I returned my goods weeks ago and still haven’t had a refund and no phone number to contact about it. So now you have the retuned goods and my money this is not good enough could someone please contact me to explain why my account shows as return failed when you have your goods as I tracked the order? I wouldn’t recommend this company lots of comments about people trying to get their money back

Lemonnmoda is not worth even 1 star. This company should be closed down. Cheap quality, they have kept my money and my returned items.No refund absolutely disgusting

Absolute scam. Terrible quality.

I had an order , they delivered it but who knows who got it because I did not!
I asked for help , emailed to lemonnmoda - and yodel too.

But do not bother too much as they just replying to you with a pre-wrote email and no help coming from them!

Just please make a favour to yourself and do not buy anything from this people!

I lost 64£ and who knows how many other people did even more. Don’t be an other victim!

Received my order ok. Struggling to return some items. Showed me return labels but didn't save them so unable to print. Can't find an email address or return address anywhere. Can anyone help?

I ordered a few items back in March, I wanted to send 3 back as we're not how they looked in the picture, I paid for the return enclosing the appropriate form and has it tracked which was signed for on the 30/3/22 at 06.35, I have not received the refund yet after sending many emails, they keep saying its the finance department, I certainly won't be using them again.
