Exact amount(s) and currency(ies) involved.

Precise timestamps (date + time + timezone) when the withdrawal was requested and any subsequent activity.

Screenshots showing the withdrawal status, account balance history, error messages, and any support responses you have received.

Any additional context (e.g., recent deposits, use of bonuses, shared device access, or suspected unauthorized access).

What we will do after receiving your email:

Open a high-priority investigation and escalate to Risk, Finance and Compliance.

Pull internal withdrawal queue logs, wallet/processing records, and matching/clearing logs, and perform on-chain tracing where applicable.

Assess whether any holds were applied for compliance or risk reasons and whether any system or process errors occurred.

Provide an initial update within 72 hours outlining our preliminary findings and next steps; we will continue to update you until the case is resolved.

For your own account safety, please also: change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if not already active. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us in the same email so we can prioritize account security measures.

We understand how distressing this is and appreciate you providing the requested evidence. Once we have your materials we will treat the case with the highest priority and aim to resolve it promptly. Thank you.

The account was flagged because trading behaviors matched patterns that are restricted under our User Agreement and Anti-Market Manipulation Policy. This was not an arbitrary action — it followed both automated checks and manual confirmation.

We know you’d like more details, but to protect all users, we cannot disclose every technical detection method. What we can do is provide a clear solution: completing KYC and C3 verification with our risk-control team. Many users have already restored full access this way.
