Lambert and foster acted for us in the sale of our late mothers property and from when Michelle first came to value the property to the final sale handled by Max and Zoe it was a very quick and efficient procedure would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 very happy with the outcome.

I’ve been a customer of Lamber and Foster for several years. They have acted for me both as letting agent and most recently as a property sales agent.
I have to say that the company’s service has been outstanding and its representatives (Max Webber and Zoe Moore) have been just excellent.
They marketed the property extremely well such that I had a buyer almost instantly it went on the market. Furthermore, they kept me well-informed at all stages of the process.

Lambert & Foster were excellent in the sale of our house. They - principally Zoe - were friendly, helpful, polite, very prompt at responding, fully aware of the situation, proactive, and, perhaps most importantly, seemed to genuinely put our interests first. There was never any attempts to encourage us to move before we were ready, or to break the chain to finalise the sale. Zoe went above and beyond in terms of corralling a relatively long chain to ensure that we could move in good time. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble with the team going out of their way to help with with some items outside their normal duties

We were kept fully informed of all viewings and their outcomes up until an acceptable offer was made with all applicants being fully checked out.

With the property being in horsmonden and us living in our motorhome in Wales everything had to be done by text and email which was no problem and worked very well.

We needed a solicitor who could work the same way and we were recommended Hannah at Burtons solicitors in pembury who was also great and everything was done online via their app.

All in all a set of unusual circumstances could have caused problems but turned into a very easy experience.

If you want a professional estate agent with years of experience behind them then you can't go wrong with Lambert & Foster.
