Unserious packaging!

You need to get better packaging! 15-20% of my dry products had seeped out in the package. I have seen that others have had similar issues. I don't see the problem steming solely from postnord. The package would have been in much better condition if stuffing was put in place; not everything crambed into the smallest package possibly!

Excellent product quality

Excellent product quality. Depending on what you order, the product may not look exactly like the picture, but that's because the packaging process is difficult. As with these nuts, they sometimes break more easily, but the quality is excellent! Customer service is super efficient and they respond very quickly. They really care about customer satisfaction. I will always order here, and the prices aren't cheap, but they do have good deals. If you're looking for good quality and excellent customer service, you have to pay for that too.

NEVER RECEIVED PARCEL - GOT A REFUND

Stayed 2 days at home waiting for UPS delivery that never showed up. Parcel left 12 km away. I am disabled: emailed Koro explaining I cannot go there to pick up, please cancel and refund. They asked me to wait 14 days and submit new requests!
UPDATE: GOT A REFUND 7 DAYS AFTER MY ORDER
Yet, unreliable delivery is a major obstacle for me. Their products are good quality and well priced but if they are not delivered what's the point?

I had to change the delivery address…

I had to change the delivery address and it is a nightmare. I tried immediately to cancel the order when I noticed the error in the card address but it was already not possible. Website giving errors. I tried to contact the customer service but it took some days for them to answer me and the delivery went to wrong place, they said they corrected the address but no, they didn’t. Then the parcel was returned to them and I asked to cancel the order because it did not arrived. They said they cancelled it and wound return my money but again, it seems nothing worked out. I still don’t have my money back neither the goods and I have to buy somewhere elsel

Absolutely unacceptable experience with…

Absolutely unacceptable experience with KoRo! I received a package with broken glass jars leaking everywhere – a serious safety hazard, especially with a toddler in the house. To make matters worse, one of the products was EXPIRED, and another had no expiration date at all.

When I contacted customer service, they asked for photos but seemed to ignore the fact that keeping broken glass jars at home is dangerous and unreasonable. There was zero accountability, and their complaint process feels more like a tactic to delay or deny refunds.

It’s clear KoRo has no proper quality control and is happy to ship expired and damaged goods. If you value your health, your money, and basic hygiene—STAY AWAY. This company feels like a scam, hiding behind a “clean” brand image while delivering rotten service and unsafe products.

I wish I could share the image of what I received. A box full of broken tins with rotten bean liquid everywhere. I sent them a photo of this (where you can see at least 12 tins completely covered in rot). They refunded 1 x tin :(

Super poorly packed - that's unfortunate. But the customer service dealt with this matter even worse.

They increase the prices for the Irish website

They charge higher prices on the Irish site than the German. You have to pay your own shipping so I see no other reason for this other than ripping people off.
