Be careful when ordering from this…
Be careful when ordering from this webshop! You buy from them and when it comes to get customer service due to an issue, they simply tell you that our company got sold to another company and now you have to contact them for you problem. The new owner, doesn't bother to reply to calls and emails, so it's been more than 2 months I'm sitting clueless with a defected expensive product.

No customer service
The order came very fast and all went smooth, but in case you have to return it is a hustle. I am waiting now over 2,5 weeks for my payment and when you open a case you also don‘t get a prompt info. This should be definitely improved as it is not ok to offer goods but not to offer any customer service afterwards.

To be fair, I received 3 out of the 6 plastic bottles today, January 8. Therefore, I've added one star to the original rating of 1 star.
Worst customer service ever - and a fee on 199 dkk for returning a wrongly send package!
Worst customer service ever. I would really really not recommend this webshop to anyone.
I ordered a Christmas present, but learned that another family member was going to give the same. Then wrote to customer service (within a few says, and I have 14 fast to regret) that I would like to regret My order. Wrote Them twice, and got no answer. They still send it. I then wrote them that I would leave the package in the package shop for it to be returned to Them. Still no answer. Then the VERY SAME DAY as the package was automatically send back to Them, they suddenly found the time to answer me, telling me I know Owe Them 199 dkk for returning the package wrongly…. A package I tried to delete and communicate about several times. I’m shocked about the lack of customer service and the fee on 199 dkk. I have never ever experienced anything like that online. And now the customer service find pleanty off time to write me back. It’s a scam.
I didn’t get my package on time
I didn’t get my package on time - still missing it. You can’t call costumer service and they don’t answer on mail support. Have been writing them several times. I feel like I will never get my package!!
No delievery and no respons -bur money drawn
I placed an order july 29, delivery date august 19. I received information about delivery on august16., and the money was drawn, men I have not yet received what I ordered. And the worst part is, that Kitchen Time dies not respond, when I try to contact them.

The baddest and worst, wouldn't recommend buying
So I ordered since 9 August 2023, and got an email about that my package is going to be delivered from 1-2 work days...
its 25 august now and still haven't got any package.. and then a few days after I got an email where it says '' How was your experience about the delivery'' which I didn't have any of it?
Tried to contact costumer service and sent two mails, still didn't get any response..
This feels like throwing my money away for nothing...

Cannot recommend them at all
Cannot recommend them at all. Waiting 11 days now for a package that was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Customer Service is non-existent and cannot be reached. Problems do happen, but then not to reply to any customer request and not offer a phone number to call is not excusable.

Worst packaging experience
Ordered some plates to be shipped to Denmark and most of them came damaged. Mostly because the packaging is really careless and not really thought through.
I then got a new order with new plates and once again, thoughtless packaging, and the plates were damaged. I'm now trying to get my money back, but their reclamation service is not answering me.
Honestly, I'm super sad about the careless handling of the products that they sell, because they do have a great product portfolio. I would rather pay a bit more and buy from imerco or another Danish company that takes better care of the packages, although they are not sent overseas.
