Everything in this site is a scam! The price from the skins isn't the real price, the giveaways are full of bots and they win them all, the battles only pay good when we lose, when we won they pay really bad, the case openings are a real scam, the skins rush are only for the bots to win, the daily cases only gives you cents, the upgrade is the top of the top of the scams! Even the 80% chance we lose. Just the worst gambling site that exists!

I made a crypto transaction on 2025-08-23 at 10:55, and up to this day my money STILL hasn’t arrived. The only thing Support keeps saying is ‘sorry,’ and nothing else. Today it has already been too long, and this feels like a total scam site. DO NOT make crypto transactions here, people! God damn it, Key-Drop Support, you are a disgrace.

There are no skins to withdraw. Their assortment is very limited: The value of USP-s skins ready for withdrawal fall from $1250 to $2 in 8 entries.

Even if you manage to win, the skin you pulled will likely not be in stock and your alternatives are absolute garbage. Customer support will keep you on a leash reiterating to try again at 10 in the morning.

Keep an eye on their practises. If KEYDROP continues to advertise withdrawals they can’t deliver, it might fall under fraud or false advertising under Cypriot/EU law.

Very bad experience with the website. The support team will force you to use the skinchanger

Absolute garbage site. You cannot withdraw your skins, it will say unavailable, the support team are useless, they will push you to use the skinchanger, which is basically a way to downgrade the skins you have. I do not recommend this website at all. It is a complete scam. When you deposit the money they take it instantly, but when you want your skins, you cannot get them.

The site asked me to deposit 10 USD to unlock the daily cases (free cases). Since the FAQ on the site didn’t clearly explain how it worked, I contacted support. They told me that after depositing 10 USD, the daily cases would be permanent. As soon as they confirmed that, I deposited skins worth more than 10 USD. However, shortly after (around 15 days later), I could no longer open the daily cases, and the message to deposit 10 USD appeared again. Today I tried to contact support, but only got responses from an AI that kept repeating the same thing over and over without addressing the actual issue.

I deposited skins through Key-Drop's own site using their SkinsBack integration. The trade was sent by their listed bot ("Ruin"), and I accepted it through Steam. The items were removed from my inventory, but my Key-Drop balance was never credited.

I contacted support multiple times, provided trade screenshots, the bot's Steam profile, and full details. Despite this, they kept claiming they "couldn't find the trade," even though it clearly appears in my Steam trade history. The bot matches exactly. No resolution, no refund, no accountability.

It wasn't a huge amount (~$2), but the way they handled it says a lot. If something bigger went wrong, I doubt they'd take responsibility.

Use at your own risk. If they mess up, you're on your own.

The cases on this site are all lies. You will get a disgusting skin, but when you open the case, there are a lot of valuable items around, but at the end, it comes and stops at a disgusting skin. This is a trick that gambling sites do. Don't open a case from these sites. If you want to open a case, open it from within the game. At least you won't be fooled.

KeyDrop has some good features, like free daily chests and opportunities to get skins, coins, and gold. However, issues with repetitive verification make withdrawing to Steam frustrating. Despite earning expensive skins, the process can be annoying to complete. The site has potential, but these problems need fixing for a smoother experience.

But you can do the same with a system that doesn't give people hope; people who come to gamble don't need to be tricked into gambling more, they only need money. (In short, there's no point in showing the knife in a place where the knife won't come out.)
