Crap in a box

Do not trust this site! They had a decent sale, so I gave them a try. First, while shipping was fast, they send no tracking or confirmation emails, and take forever to respond until you threaten to cancel the CC charge. Second, I received 8 cans of Delta 9 drink, 2 busted open and drained completely, one half full, with no holes or anything. While the cans were sticky, the bubble wrap and box were not, which makes me question if they were sent like that. These places are a dime a dozen right now, and there are way better choices.

Bad Customer Service

I Ordered a vape (9 Feb 20 2025) but was sent back to them due to wrong address (I gave all of my address except my road name) I contacted them to correct my mistake and they replied two days later saying they will replace it, my product was returned to them on 17th Feb and now at 23rd Feb I still have no product and they never answer there phone number and have not replied to any further messages with no way to know if they have resent my package or not. Not pleased at all.

Edit: (They saw this post and decided to send me three vapes as compensation, so whilst I still stand by the fact that the customer service is bad, I will increase the star rating to three stars and slightly change my review).

Excellent customer service

Had a problem with a delivery. Pen arrived damage due to the super crazy hot weather. I have contacted the customer service. Callum was the kindest person ever. He understood the problem and organised a delivery with replacement products and freebies. That was so good

I bought a disposable cbd vape pen from a retailer and was getting high off of it. I bought an art home drug test from Walgreens and tested positive for THC. DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DRUG TESTS. IT WAS A GOOD HIGH. BUT FAILING A DRUG TEST FOR WORK AND PROBATION IS NOT GOOD FOR ME

Not as powerful as other brands.

I ordered 1000 MG oil. Have been taking 600mg from another company. I did NOT get the same relief. Product didn't seem to be as powerful. Maybe that is how they can afford their low prices. I'll try a different company.

BUYER BEWARE justkratom

This is for their Kratom products JustKratom (same company). I ordered their red Maeng Da Kratom And it is absolutely worthless first of all when I m opened it I knew I had gotten scammed. It smelled putrid kind of smelled like kava kava if you’ve ever had that. Tastes like dirt. I would be OK with those issues but it does not work whatsoever. I’ve taken double my normal dose with zero effects. I’m afraid to take more. I’m not even sure what this stuff is that they sold me. I’ve been ripped off I bought 2 kg of stuff and I’m stuck with it I won’t even try to return the one Unopened package because they will just sell it to somebody else which is a crime. Not fair to rip people off like this. I would almost feel better if they took my money and didn’t ship anything this is much worse. I waited a week for 2 kg of worthless dirt. Now I have to order proper stuff from another vendor and spend money again

Bad Customer Service!

I have been a loyal customer of just CBD for at least 3 years. Although I like the product their customer service and shipping sucks! Ive had multiple orders lost and one order that stated was delivered and I didn't receive it. When I called customer service they were not very friendly and less than helpful. They wanted me to fill out an affidavit and I stated I don't own a computer or a printer and I can't do it on my phone. I'm 72 years old and people my age don't have all of this technology sometimes. They still refused to send me a replacement or a refund unless I filled out the affidavit. I live on social security and it's a stretch for me to buy these gummies every month for my anxiety but I do it because I believed in the product. They have lost a loyal customer and I have nothing good to say about how they treat their customers!

Absolutely fantastic company and products

Absolutely fantastic company I waited few weeks to write my review the products are superior to any I’ve used before.

I’ve used the live resin vape and vape also the vegan hemp gummies.

Also communication and customer service has been second to none highly recommended thanks to Colin for his help with my order and advice 👍
