Very nice key covers for the most up to date BMW keys

The alcantara cover for my key did not fit and no resolution was provided.

Broken Goods, No fast reply, you have to pay the returns yourself into a different Country (very expensive)

DO NOT BUY the Mercedes Alcantara cover. I tried every way to fit my key into the case and ultimately it was stuck half-way with no way to get it into the cover. I even heated the cover to make it more pliable without success. This is my second buy from Jonparts. I will never trust a product from them again.

I placed an order from you for a Toyota key, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit properly as it’s too short and the entire key cannot fit inside. Could you please advise what we can do about this issue? I have attached photos for your reference.

I ordered the key from Jonparts for €30 and on aliexpress for €3,30 It was the same and aliexpress was faster with delivery by a week! Thats just insane isnt it. I try to return and they just say to send it to them but that cost like €20 shipping and they dont respond to the email anymore.

Waiting on Porsche key cover. Watching delivery from China. “Out for delivery” here in Maryland on 6/24. Last entry 3 hours ago (6/27) was “package undeliverable”. Why? Scam scam scam. Too good to be true!

Ordered in may. Package is blocked at stage information received to the carrier (china!) since 3rd of june…
Order paid but never received any package. I want my delivery asap. I try to contact them via mail or botchat
They just don’t answer.

Don’t buy by them. Product does not fit!!! Stay away

I ordered some new puddle lights for my car but when they arrived I noticed they were the wrong shape.
I emailed Jonparts who were extremely helpful and after sending them a couple of photos they re sent the correct lights at no extra charge and they look excellent.
I am very happy with my purchase and the way the problem with my order was handled.

ordered and never received my door lights. emailed them and got one reply and never heard from them again! now trying to get refund from PayPal ......
