I have to say the staff in Jollyes Congleton retail park are just so helpful , kind and clearly all love animals . They are patient and as a result everyone who shops there and is in a queue becomes patient because they know they will be given the right attention when it’s their turn at the till. Nothing is too much trouble for them .

As a result I always pay extra to buy a tin of dog food for the charities at windyway

Lovely shop, staff always helpful and friendly

I called the Congleton store to find out stock levels of Chappie as we were about to run out. The phone was answered quickly and in minutes I was advised of the stock level and the amount I wanted was put on reserve for collection 20 mins later.

Very helpful staff and even carried my heavy box of dog food to my car.

I use Jolleys alot. It's local, always have plenty of products, the staff are always super friendly and it's not over priced. Definitely recommend.

The store is well laid out and there’s an huge range of products to choose from. All the staff members I met were friendly and very helpful. They were happy to explain how to use my discount code and were genuinely interested in my reasons for shopping with you.

Staff are always friendly and helpful at this store and it really makes it nice to shop here. They have good offers and coupons for regular customers meaning you can often get a discount which is good.

I was genuinely pleasantly shocked @ how helpful & lovely Jessica in the Congleton store was . She checked ingredients for my dogs regular food as my delivery was late so I needed a close substitute. Honestly this lady Jessica is a credit to your company Jollyes . Thank you so much I will definitely go back.

Always nice and helpful, got plenty to choose from for all kind of pets any problems the staff try to help you as much as they can, always make a fuss of are pet, love going there.
