Simple to use but older people may not have the equipment or knowledge to transfer their driving licence to your site

The claim experience was quick and easy, except that I wanted to add supporting information about my experience, but there was no facility to do so. Maybe this happens further down the line.

Lots of assumptions. The car isn’t perfect but it’s very good. The biggest downside is the dealers bought it through lost the franchise in Chichester and Pulborough
