Excellent service from Alex once again

Excellent service from Alex once again. He spent time searching for a new vehicle for me to go into, and was always happy to communicate with any questions right up to collection. Been a customer of John Grose for over 10 years, with them also dealing with the family much longer.

Compared to local dealerships, they always come on top with the best deals.

I would recommend Alex and the John Grose team without any hesitation.

So if you want to buy a car, go here. The sales people are not just your ordinary sales person. They actually care about what car that suits you. No pushy sales tactics, more like what do you use the car for. It was relaxed and friendly, my px was priced better than than any other company, including the well known we buy....
I was kept informed of everything from order to delivery. I really cannot express how good and more importantly how genuine they were.
I have only one criticism and hopefully my review will fix this. The coffee machine is awful and I would suggest a tea over coffee.
Management, treat your team to better coffee.
Look forward to seeing you all again in the future and hopefully get better coffee.
Thank you all for the wonderful service.
