I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Dylan. I didn’t know I am capable to lift such heavy weights (up to 80kg during my barbell squats) shortly after 2 sessions. He tracks all my progress and made sure I was improving every session and not burning out as well.

If you need a personal trainer then Dylan's your guy. He's amazing at what he does, very knowledgeable and has a great personality about him. Training sessions are really enjoyable and his programmes are really easy to follow.

Dylan is a genuine person, what you see is what you get. Been with him for powerlifting, bodybuilding and generally progressing with gym/health goals.
During tough cuts, he kept me going with motivation and other ideas that didnt occur to me.
