As follow up to my last review Joseph from Jaces finally called and gave a credit for the issue we had and was much appreciated and I had asked about reordering some things and he said please wait a couple weeks as they've had issues with a huge amounts of spam clogging up their system so I do appreciate the feedback and the return information again I've had great experience with them in the past. blessings have a great day

We tried to contact you multiple times via phone and email to let you know that the shipping address that was provided kept coming up as an invalid ship to address. There was no response so we physically went to the post office and had to manually ship it at the post office with the correct address. The post office looked up the address and modified it to be a valid address.
