I ordered a wallet for my husband for our anniversary. After 2 weeks I followed it up because it still wasn’t sent yet. I was told it had been lost in the warehouse and had to be refunded. I had to rush to get him something else for a gift because it was a few days before our anniversary. If I didn’t follow up I probably would have still been waiting for it to be sent.
