I placed two different orders with this company both were outdoor in November 2024, one for my niece and one for myself and neither of us received anything.
Truly a Big Scam Company.

Ordered 72” LED Holiday Glam Reindeer W/Nutcracker for $51.19, back on October 29, 2024. It’s now February 4,2025.. product never arrived & cannot contact seller.. total scam! Ripoff!

Complete scam. They tried to tell me my wife signed for the package, but refused to show the signature. Been chasing them for 6 months for the refund. I know I'm not going to get it but I'm gonna keep on them. Only trusted the site because it was advertised upon Pinterest, and I reported them to that site as well.

They've also since changed their name to Ailabtive.

First I ordered items November 28. There were supposed to have been delivered December 24. There Christmas decorations I never received. I immediately let them know. They kept asking about someone signing. I was home all day nothing arrived. I gave them information needed for refund. I haven’t received it yet. Scammers

Unfortunately I too was scammed. I placed an order on 11/25/24, paid for expedited shipping, stated it was delivered. It is now 1/6/25 no merchandise and no follow up from the fake company.
Do not purchase from this company!!!!

DONT BUY IT - its a scam - wish I checked this site first, boy oh boy do I feel stupid - Pinterest should refuse any site selling these nutcrackers and stuff access to advertise. Bought on Nov.21st, 2024 and still haven't received anything, they say I got it, Phoney tracking, - they are full of SH*T

Never received my order. Claiming it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD!

I order from intilucks, and never received my items. When I call the phone operator told me it was a fraud. I'm calling the FBI.

This company is a complete scam. I should have known better but I fell for it trying too get my wife a decorative truck for Christmas. Paid them the money and heard anything else or received my
Purchase. WARNING. Do not purchase from Intilucks. Com . They are using Pinterest as a way too scam you

Same scam happened to me.
Gave a tracking history and then said delivered. NO DELIVERY!
I’m like the others, didn’t think anything about it, because it was on Pinterest.
Got us for $50.00. The thing is, I really wanted what I ordered!
Oh well , live and learn.

place an order in September no goods contacted them repeatedly they advised it had been delivered but could nit show any proof, what is disappointing is you could of ordered from elsewhere but know no time and yes they come up on Pinterest bogus company do not order.

Absolute liars. Why are they being able to advertise on Pinterest ? That’s what made them appear legit. Now - no products - they tried to say it was delivered but they have no tracking number - and I believe they have other sham companies advertising same products on pinterest under other company name.

I agree with the previous reviews. The company were very quick to take the payment, but no goods were delivered. The tracking information is completely bogus and they are uncontactable. I'm very surprised, with level of dissatisfaction, Pinterest are still advertising their products. If it was possible to give a 0 rating, I would.

Unfortunately I have the same story as everyone. Ordered a lovely looking 8ft Nutcracker & price was too good to be true (should have read the signs). Tracking state’s delivered and address details are just my postcode & no other details. No response from customer services & unfortunately I paid on my debit card so no refund available. Live & learn the hard way. Please stay clear it’s just a massive con!

Absolute Scam , I ordered off their site and on second investigation realised this could be a scam, I emailed and requested to cancel the order , I was responded to with a “tracking” number 3 days later, tracked item all the way up until it states delivered to my home address, which obviously did not happen as I have been here the whole time … I have reached out to them with no Responce , I have reported this to the banks as fraudulent in hope to recover the funds and a hopefully wall of this happening in future to others.

Absolutely got scammed! Avoid purchasing from this company! I ordered, received a receipt and even was able to “track” my package. Had a feeling the prices were too good to be true but after “tracking” my package I was hopeful. Until, it showed delivered in my city and state with NO specific address. I emailed the company, which states located in London, UK but being shipped from China. Never received a response. I should’ve known better and went with my instincts. Buyer we aware and avoid this company and any other advertising in social media. Do your homework prior to purchasing.

Absolute scam, paid my money didn’t recieve item they said was delivered and are not interested in refunding, stay clear they are scam artists

SCAMMERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam and they are thieves. I bought a few items and my tracking says it arrived but I never received it. I have been emailing back and forth asking for a refund and they have now stopped corresponding with me completely. DO NOT order anything from this company!!

Absolute scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I have been waiting for over a month for my items, the tracking says it’s been delivered but I was home all day! They won’t refund my money! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
