Lisa is an amazing Pilates instructor…

Lisa is an amazing Pilates instructor both as ‘in person’ and ‘online’ I have been fortune to have been coached by her on both platforms. She got me mobile again after a terrible spinal operation. I have been a ‘pupil’ of hers for 3 yrs. I am now flexible and strong and pain free after battling for 2yrs post op. She has been able to do what a physio or biokineticist were unable to do. Lisa is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about human form and movement. I highly recommend Lisa.
