Paid extra for fast shipping, got delivered even later
Bought a case on a saturday, paid extra “to be shipped today” while there was a free option to get it on Wednesday. I ended up getting it on saturday morning, almost a week after my order. When i wrote to them they said do not ship on weekends. Why have the option to pay extra for just that then!? And then to make it worse, it takes longer than free shipping!?

I ordered a case specifically for an apple watch series 9 - 41mm. It got delivered to the wrong service point, it was sent back 2 days later because of failure to pick it up, it was sent again - to the wrong service point. I finally picked it up and the product had a big clear label on it saying it was for a 42mm apple watch. I told customer service, no response yet.

Fantastic reolution!
I had an issue with one of the products but after posting a poor review I have to change my rating to 5 stars. The company contacted me and did a great job in resolving the problem by identifying that I had in fact ordered the wrong case and they have now shipped the correct case to me. Great communication from them!!
