Scam Company
Takes money from customers, doesn’t send the product, doesn’t give any refunds, doesn’t provide any point of contact for support and has now ultimately shut down the company
This company is joke
This company is joke( its run by one guy). Im waiting over 2 months for refund (bought gpu as backorder in august 2021) and most likely im not going to get it. There is zero contact with owner and basically he's showing middle finger to ppl who trusted him. Ordered chargeback from ccard company but it might be too long. I really hope he'll be brought to justice
Been waiting 5 months for a refund
Been waiting 5 months for a refund, impossible to contact and ignore calls and emails

Bought the 3080 gpu in january 2021 and got tired of waiting. Requested the refund and no answer at all for more then a month now!
Possible SCAM, avoid at ALL cost!!!
I've made a GPU backorder in April 2021. Recently (19th of March) requested a refund. A week goes by without any reply even confirming it so I decide to send another email to both support and cancellations this time. I'm told the first email doesn't exist, but my refund will be processed (26th of March). Another 2 weeks pass, I started looking for alternative solutions and asked them if they could ship me another GPU they have in stock instead, so they don't loose money on the refund. Again no any answer. Today, April 29th, no any sign of my refund happening. Support told me in the original email not to ask about status since my request "will be pushed back in the queue". I'm afraid I might loose my hard-earned money to a scam. DO NOT ORDER!
Been waiting 4 months for a refund from…
Been waiting 4 months for a refund from a cancellation email i sent 3 times.
staff act sarcastic and rude to people that rightfully ask where their money is, they blocked me on twitter because i wanted to know where my money was after i got absolutely nowhere emailing their support line.
Well the website is down and the phone…
Well the website is down and the phone goes unanswered and that means my money is gone I suppose. Would have been nice if they paid the money back as quick as they were to take it, my own dumb fault but stings none the less. This just makes it obvious that even nice people can be greedy b**tards when it comes to other peoples money. Never again, if it's not in the shop and available then you don't get my money, everyone get's covered as a lowlife just because these people are greedy.
Tried to given benefit of the doubt but...
I ordered a graphic card on backorder but after about 3 months was lucky to get an FE from Scan so cancelled my order.
Like most people on here, I sent several emails and even called them but had no joy getting a refund. I need to cover the cost of the one I'd bought and the credit card bill was due so decided to raise Section 75.
With my bank, it was surprisingly easy and not much hassle. I just need to upload a bit of evidence and they temporarily refund me within a few days of raising claim while they chased the refund from Infinite Computing.
Refuse to refund backorder
Similar to other customers I placed an order for an RTX 3070 card in Feb 2021 and waited in the queue for stock to arrive. My placed moved for approx 6 months before stalling at no. 53. The website was changed to provide less information about the queue status and the policy also changed so that when you were finally eligible for a card they could decided to charge you above the original cost and payment taken or you opt for a refund.
After no movement I decided to cancel and get a refund. Surprise, numerous emails went un-answered, no option to discuss on the phone. Managed to speak to someone - Tyler? - on facebook messenger who advised giving it another go on email - who knows maybe it would work this time? Has become clear they don't intend to refund orders as they are obligated to and I would never order something from them even if it's showing in stock.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Purchased a graphics card (at the time there was 9 in stock) Stated next day delivery as per usual online stores. Everything at this point was ok. Took my payment for approx £450. Got an email to say order received and next email will be shipping notification. Great..... next day came and passed, no communication, so had to log in to see status, and I get told there is a supplier issue ? They had 9 in stock at point of ordering. Sent various emails, rang numerous times (I was always the first in the queue, yet no answer after 20 minutes) Basically they took my money with no communication of when the product would be delivered. Item on website went back in stock a few days ago. Still no delivery. Asked for refund within 14 days. Court action will follow if not refunded. This is a company that has failed to provided any decent level of customer service, has caused me great distress and anxiety. In my case, I failed to detect any type of service.

Cancelling a Backorder woes
I had an item on backorder, but after a year of waiting decided to cancel and ask for refund.. 3 months and a dozen mails later and without getting anywhere I opened Section 75 with credit card company which they paid out after having no response from the company
Extremely unprofessional outfit. Short-tempered, ill-mannered CEO.
After having paid this company ~£500 in January 2021 for a backorder for an RTX 3070 in good faith knowing the product wouldn't turn up for months, I have been met with only dismissal and rudeness from the CEO himself for daring to critique the lack of email responses to people's requests for cancellations, refunds, order swaps, or anything of the sort.
You only need to scroll down here to notice that this is a problem. While Tyler wouldn't wish to either a) admit that his company's workload is untenable for his staff count; b) calmly reassure his customers who've invested a lot of money in financially troubling times to be met with no obvious means of support (don't mention it on discord! don't phone us about refunds! send us an email! we won't respond to it! are you sure you sent one? try again maybe?) or c) solve these problems, he is quite quick to jump to his own defence in his online chillout lounge/ discord server, from which he will enjoy the power trip of banning you in a heartbeat.
I've never been treated with such contempt by anyone doing business, and after fessing up so much money and saying *literally nothing* for well over a year in patient waiting, I'm disgusted. Behold the Donald Trump of computer tech business.

Disappointing customer support.
Disappointing customer support.
No feedback on a cancelled order and currently waiting for over a month for a refund.
I have only received one email response from the cancellations team.
An update...> the company has now entered voluntary liquidation. my bank has refunded me temporarily pending an investigation. complete fraudsters working at this business.

Avoid them and keep your money!!
Pros: Product is genuine
Cons: Their customer service is by far the worst I've seen. When I say they I specifically mean Tyler the "CEO" who is also a young arrogant child with zero knowledge about business and customer service.
I bought a product and returned it within 14 days, and I can see they received the item but they just wouldn't process my refund. The product I returned is unopened and fully sealed, so there shouldn't be any reason for them to delay my refund. I emailed and called multiple time but they simply wouldn't reply or answer their phone. I tried to get some support through their discord channel about the progress on my refund but Tyler just muted me without trying to be helpful. Under their Ts & Cs they are meant to refund you within 14 working days which is 4 days more than the government policy and yet they still fail to do so. Since I am getting no response from infinite, I decided to contact my bank to step who then helped me get my money back through chargeback. You would think that would be the end however, once infinite received the charge back notification from my bank they immediately charged me again through my card again and this time they added additional charges on top. When I contact infinite to explain why I was charged again when I'm already due for refund they said this is an automated system set up to fight fraudulent chargeback. I even asked them to cancel this transaction and refund this payment but they refused and threatened me that they will take legal action against me if I put another charge back. So I informed my bank about this, and the bank said this is not how they are meant to dispute chargeback claims so the bank refunded the money to me once again and advise me to cancel my debit card while they continue to investigate.
Just remember you have 120 days to claim chargeback through your bank for any debit card Payment, and if you pass that time period the bank won't be able to help. Once you claim charge back make sure you cancel your card so infinite can't charge you again.
If you haven't received a refund from them and it's been more than 14 days, I suggest you contact your bank for chargeback. Do not listen to any excuse from Tyler may give you about short staff or backlog because that's not customers problem, and after that 120 days Tyler will keep your money and you will have a very difficult time getting that back.
I highly request that you DO NOT spend any money on infinite computing.

Terrible customer service, borderline scam/fraud
If you have a back order with them, call your bank now and do a chargeback before it's too late
I got into the same situation as all other customers below, back ordered a Nvidia RTX GPU months ago, recently bought one off another website so went to cancel the backorder and got the ring around 14 days to process. The company also only replies to threaten me with dispute fee if I open "Fraudulent Disputes" (whatever that means) and refuses to acknowledge all other emails, refuses to confirm the order is/can/will be cancelled.
I would recommend anyone who has a backorder with infinite computing to cancel the backorder and get your money back now before it's too late.
Terrible Customer Service - Withholding £800 Refund
It’s very unfortunate that it has come to this as I was one of the earlier people to support the company and felt they had a good ethos. However I am unsure as of whether that is still the case.
In November 2020 I placed an order for an “EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Black Gaming 10GB GDDR6X Graphics Card” for around £800, knowing full well it was a backorder item and the likelihood is the order won’t be fulfilled for a while. I was fine with this as I understand the global supply shortages, I would periodically ask for updates which I received no problem. However, in March 2022 I felt it had been too long of a wait and decided to cut my losses therefore I decided I would like to cancel my order for a full refund as stated in their Terms and Conditions. I have been trying to cancel my order for over 3 weeks now with no response or even an automated message acknowledging receipt of the email. I have sent further emails to the cancellations email 14 days after the first one, not responding to the thread but creating an new threads as suggested. But I am still yet to receive a single reply.
I have also messaged via Facebook and Discord, to which I have received replies stating that they don’t offer support via said platforms which is fair enough however, it seems it was the only way to even get a response from the company as emails and phone calls aren’t answered. Therefore I decide to raise the issue in the discord I was met with a terrible attitude from Tyler (Company director) who offered no resolve but instead decided to swear at me.
After seeing the reviews on here I see that a lot of people are in similar positions to me which is unfortunate to see from what a lot of us thought would be an up and coming company in the industry.
I hope this review sparks a response to my cancellation request. And I would be willing to amend my rating if it is resolved without having to go through court proceedings. My original order number is 1527 or 209 on the new system. I would appreciate it if you could refund my order.
Thanks.
Don’t order from these scammers
My son ordered a graphics card from these clowns a year ago. We’ve now repeatedly requested our money back as he hasn’t moved in the orders list for about 6 months. We’ve heard nothing back from these clowns, all they’ve done is repeatedly changed the way that we need to cancel our order. I’m going to be going to court with them if they fail to refund, seems to be the only way My son is going to get his money back.
EDIT: As an update, the only way we ended up getting my sons money back was via a chargeback request through his bank. Avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid buying from this company
Update: over one and a half month has passed, and my orders are still in the process of pending cancellation. Fortunately, I have contacted my bank to get my money back. The funny thing was, once IC saw the money was gone, they tried to charge me multiple times without my permission, but all eventually ended up failing.
Original review on Feb 18:
Avoid buying in this company at all costs. This company failed to deliver goods by the date they promise and the cancellation and refund processes are very painful. I bought several products from them a week ago, and it hasn't even dispatched the goods yet. I sent a cancellation request to the company and only received a simple and unprofessional reply indicating that they "began" the cancellation process, without any further information of what date or how the refund going to take place. They didn't even tell me if I would get a refund or what. I don't want to waste time waiting for something that is ambiguously unprofessionally promised, that is just making an extra burden to my life. The company is surely suffering a supply chain and cash flow issue.
I ordered a PC case 2 weeks and 2 days…
I ordered a PC case 2 weeks and 2 days ago as a birthday gift. Shipping was delayed, but I figured that can happen so decided to be patient. I emailed them after a week (1 week 2 days ago) asking for an update, and inquiring as to how to cancel and refund my order in case it does not arrive on time and have still not received a reply.
do not deliver and do not give refunds
order my RTX 3080 in Jan 2021, havnt moved in the line for 6months. when they displayed the orders they were actually shipping it was 1 a month at times, sometimes even less.
have held my money for over a year and when i asked for a refund they said it would take 2 weeks.
3 weeks later, no money and not replying to emails.
have had to lodge a claim with my credit card company.
They are basically an investment bank that pay 0% interest and dont return your capital. sure they made some interest on the thousands of orders they had no intention of shipping though.
prepare for the usual reply of "whats your oder number, please contact us so we can resolve this for you"
joke company
