Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I bought a phone case and screen protector to protect my phone from everyday accidents. After a small drop from a low height, the entire back of my phone shattered — the case offered absolutely no protection.
I contacted customer service and provided everything they asked for — photos, a full explanation, and proof of purchase. After wasting my time and energy, they told me they wouldn’t cover the damage anyway. That should have been made clear from the start.
This comes across as unprofessional and not customer-friendly. There was no real willingness to help, and I will never order from this store again. Not recommended.

Mega ærgerligt de ikke lave iPhone covers til 14 Plus. Brandet har nogle mega flotte covers til stort set alle andre modeller end 14 Plus.
Do NOT recommend - pricey but cheap quality
The two phone cases I ordered were pricey but they went bust so quickly. The package was delayed a lot and it came through the standard post service and not a delivery company which is not a good option in my country.
One of the cases was a transparent one with flowers on it and the silicone turned yellow/brown very soon after I started using it. The other case I got was the mirror one which got scratched and distorted and also disintegrated like a month after usage. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Customer Care Done Right
Besides offering great products, Ideal of Sweden truly impressed me with their customer service. Their team responded quickly and provided an equally swift solution. To me, it’s not about whether a company makes a mistake — it’s about how they handle it, and Ideal of Sweden handled it perfectly.
NO side Protection
Super Beautiful cases but the cases don't wrap around the front of phone leaving the screen protector exposed. 1 drop and the screen protector cracks. Due to there is no side coverage at all

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed an order and was given the option to choose a delivery box location for an extra fee of 25kr. I selected the closest one to me and confirmed it. As soon as I paid, the confirmation email showed the delivery location was switched to the complete opposite end of the city. Why even offer a choice if you're going to completely ignore it?
I tried to contact customer service immediately, but of course it's just an AI bot that says the issue is “impossible to solve” because the order is already in the process of delivery—within seconds of placing it. No human contact, no flexibility, no accountability.
So now, unless I want to spend time and money going across the city, my only option is to not pick it up. And guess what? If I don't, they charge me 10 EUR for the return. So I pay 25kr for a delivery I didn’t agree to, and another 10 EUR just to reject a messed-up order?
This is completely absurd and reeks of a system designed to squeeze money out of people while offering zero real support.
I’d warn others to be very careful—especially if you care where your delivery actually ends up.

Poor quality products
Ordered a phone case which was received no problem after only a few weeks use the product started to fall apart, I contacted customer service who kindly sent me a replacement case due to the flaw on the other case I chose a different case. Upon receiving the replacement case it looks old & worn & nothing like the advertised photos - I contacted customer service to be met rudely with ‘there’s nothing wrong with the phone case’ products are poor quality and not fit for purpose in my opinion. Would never order another product from these.

I ordered a product, but due to a glitch, I was charged twice. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I returned the extra item at my own expense, only to find out customs fees were their responsibility, yet they never communicated or resolved the issue.
Thankfully, Klarna refunded me, but if I had seen their reviews first, I would never have bought from them. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service! I had an issue where the courier left my order in an unsecure location, and instead of offering any real help, the company just kept pushing a replacement instead of the refund I rightfully requested. Their refusal to refund me shows how cheap their products must be if they can so easily offer replacements but won’t take responsibility for a lost order. I feel like I’ve been robbed, and their dismissive attitude only made it worse. I’ll be taking this up with my payment provider and will definitely be showing them the awful reviews this company already has. Avoid at all costs - I’ll never be purchasing from them again!

It's a classic example of a scam, executed very smoothly. After placing an order, the item is never delivered, and they constantly make excuses about delivery issues. At no point do they show any real intention of fulfilling their obligations or ensuring that customers receive their orders.
In reality, their only goal is to cancel the order and issue a refund, but with a €10 deduction, which they call a "processing fee." This is a deliberately organized scheme to systematically scam people out of their money.
If you don’t want to lose your money and waste your time, I strongly recommend staying away from this company!
Order not fulfilled after TWO MONTHS
2 months and my order still hasn’t arrived and the company has given me NO UPDATES?? I’ve reached out to their customer service twice already. First time, they said the delivery failed and it was returned to them, then they said they would ship it again. It’s been TWO MONTHS and they’ve not given me any order updates and the order number is not showing up in the tracking system at all. What a SCAM.
Does not fit the iPhone 16 Pro Max - no protection of camera button…
I've ordered 2 covers for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max! Unfortunately they are useless, since they are slipping over the camera button and don't protect it. I've sent photos and videos of this problem to customer service asking for a return envelope. Weeks later they got back to me, asking for new photos! Meanwhile I have thrown the covers away! I want my 1.5K phone been covered the right way! Worst product and worst customer service ever!
Order not received
I placed an order on 13 December, from Spain. At the checkout the website shows 3-6 working days for delivery, for which I paid 5 euros. Today is 4 January and I still did not receive the order. Tracking shows it is still in Germany, where it is sent from. Contacted customer service a few times, the agents are very rude as if they are making you a favour, then just sent a template message and closed the chat without any help. I asked for the order to be cancelled due to the huge delay or to be honest I don't even know what's happening with the parcel cause tracking doesn't update, they just close the chat. Will never buy again from this store and will never recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience.
Long shopping for rubbish product
I ordered on 23/11, got my order today on 30/12 and it looks rubbish! Should have looked at TrustPilot.. spent $40 on a phone strap that was supposed to faux pearl, but looks sooooo tacky, the pearls are like 1cm big each, looks like a kids toy. Waste of time and money

I stupidly ordered from ideal of Sweden before looking on TrustPilot.
Several weeks after ordering (during black Friday), they still had not shipped my items. So I went in to try and cancel my order because I could see from TrustPilot that I never should have ordered from them in the first place.
Over 3 weeks they spammed me with mails to buy more and that they have not forgotten me and they would reply to my mail soon (but never did).
I then over a month after ordering received my items. They charged me the full amount from my credit card just after I clicked “complete purchase “. Then after I reviewed the items, they reserved the same amount from my card that I already had payed for once.
I can now confirm that the products from Ideal of Sweden are not products made in Sweden but cheap products made in China. And I would recommend everyone to stay away from them and DO NOT PURCHASE because you will be charged more than what you ordered (double charged), despite saying you don’t want to be on the mailing list, you are spammed and never able to speak to an actual person.
AVOID IDEAL OF SWEDEN AT ALL COSTS. Please help shut this company down.
Worst experience ever, zero help from them
I ordered November 29th! It STILL has not shipped. Customer service is a JOKE! They won't cancel order or refund me. Can't give me answers except they're sorry and it should ship soon. Cant track it. Can't refund or cancel it. No answers, and no product!! I will NEVER order from this joke of a company again and if you're deciding if you should...DON'T!!! There's plenty of other companies to order from and 11,000 reviews here should tell that they don't even deal with customer issues because people have to vent on a website that isn't even theirs! Chat disconnected me today because I wanted an answer and they don't ever have one. Unbelievable.

When i ordered i tried to add my unit number however automagically changed without unit number so i tried live chat straight after order, they said can’t do anything for me! So i had to wait to come Australia! However AU POST also said they can’t check still not in AU!! I tried live chat many times both and they so bad service! Waste my money $99.49!! I wanna refund also they can’t do atm
