My order disappeared, and slow responses sending a new order

Excellent quality

Would rate product higher but have not recieved any follow up info about shipments. Its been about a week and a half.

I’ve been trying to return part of my order for over three weeks, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. The original parcel didn’t include a return label. After I registered the return online and reached out to customer service, they eventually sent me a return label via email.

However, when I brought the parcel to the UPS point, the label didn’t work. There was no QR code (apparently not available in Switzerland, though this is never mentioned), and the printed label was not accepted.

I’ve contacted customer service again but haven’t received any response since. On top of that, I now received a CHF 50 invoice from UPS for delivery, even though the website clearly states that transport is covered.

Update: After leaving the review on Trustpilot ICANIWILL refunded the whole order.

Unfortunately there is no customer service… I have tried to contact them on instagram and other social media trying to find a email address to contact them. But no luck… a package has never arrived and I have no way to communicate with them….
This was my second negative experience with them… earlier one of the sweaters
I was sent was damaged, but again no way to message them about it…
Would definitely not recommend this company!

Belissimo! I got a leggings - and they’re super comfortable and absolutely not see through. I was looking something like that for a long time - but everything is thin and not comfortable. Also the waste is very nice. Definitely will get something else.

Super!! I found it really confort

I was initially delivered the wrong items. Customer service was ok and said I didn't have to send the wrong item back. They sent the right items, but this time to a parcel shop on the other side of town, and not the parcel shop I wanted in the first place.

The products seem to be of very good quality with great design, considering the price.

I ordered the sweatpants and was so excited to receive them. When they came, the bag and item list said it was the everyday sweats in dark green, but instead there were black shiney leggings that were sized wrong. Made zero sense?! Now I’m trying to return and having so much trouble getting into my account. Horrible service. So disappointed
