I bought a MacBook display panel from the website i-mania.nl for almost 300 euros. I never received the product or a refund. At first, they responded to my emails, claiming there was a delivery problem, but later they stopped answering both calls and emails. I reported the case to the police, and the website was taken down. I keep wondering why people don’t report such scams — if more victims came forward, maybe something more then instead of just taking the website offline in 2025

Placed an order for dummy devices, but the items were never shipped. After following up, I was told they were out of stock — likely a dropshipping setup with no real inventory. They promised a refund, but weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. Terrible communication and no accountability. Avoid this store at all costs.

i-mania.nl is a scam. It's a dropshipper, they order products from well known Chinese internet shops and send it to you at a very high price. In my case I got shipping updates from Ali express directly. My order was never delivered. I-Mania does not respond to emails, so my money was gone

I ordered on 22 feb 2025 - today half april still nothing received. Asked already several times for an update via mail, reply box on the website - no answer - no product ! I am very disappointed and hope this review opens their eyes - my ordernr 21000056748 -

My iPhone cover was unavailable so I was to get a refund for that. Since 13 February when I-Mania advised it was unavailable and my money would be returned within 14 days, I have still gotten no refund. I-Mania have since then totally ignored my mails.

The worst place to order something. I placed an order on 22.10.2014 and received it on 14.11.2014. I do not recommend. It would have arrived faster from China if I had ordered there. The pictures on the website match the original cover, and I received a typical Chinese one

Ordered the item,just because while ordering it ,on webpage was written fast delivery, 2-3 working days, when i payed it became 10 working days. Contacted them twice no proper explanation for the item,now its going to be 3rd week,contacted again,nonproper answer,so i might get it next week,not known. Literally ordering within the country ,item from this place, takes 1 month and thats is not even guaranteed. Customer service also no help at all,at least inform or answer why they provide false information. Not trusted, horrible web to buy items. Never again and i hope others also wont fall for this horrible webstore!

I ordered a mob sponge. first, it took 2 weeks to receive it and you can't cancel order because they 'bought item' from 3rd party.
When I receive the item I immediately realize that was not fit to my mob so I asked them to return.
Return is only via email and they simply ignore you till you give up your money.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

We have ordered a phone, which unfortunately was delayed, so we had to get a reimbursement (it was quite urgent to get a new phone and we did not read how the site works, that they have to order the phones in most cases). The customer service was really kind during the whole process and they offered us the option to get reimbursed or wait further for the phone. If we would not have needed a new phone urgently, we would have waited.

I bought a replacement internal part for in my Xioami mobile and all went well which I then replaced myself. Mania.nl was very helpful with email info during that process.
