They promote Unlimites Sora 2 usage, but thats not true. So often it fails and one needs to retry.
There is some good stuff, but to lure one into paying 50€ for a month and then to dont really get any value back feels hard like a scam .

Sudden removal of “Unlimited Sora 2” access without notice
I subscribed to Higgsfield AI because of the clearly advertised “Unlimited Sora 2 video generation” feature.
It was one of the main reasons I chose this platform and upgraded my plan.
However, without any prior notice or communication, the “Unlimited” access was silently changed — now every Sora 2 generation consumes credits, which was never stated at the time of purchase.
There was no email, no update notice, and no visible Terms revision explaining this major change.
This feels misleading and unfair to paying customers who relied on that promise for production planning.
I request that Higgsfield:
1️⃣ Clarify publicly when and why this change was made;
2️⃣ Restore the “Unlimited Sora 2” feature for existing subscribers who purchased under that condition, or provide equivalent compensation (credits or plan extension).
I really enjoy the platform and appreciate the innovation, but transparency and trust are essential — silent removals of core features harm the user base and credibility of the company.

I have never in my life reviewed anyone 1 star anywhere until now.
But when the company which wants to charge you +$1700 for the subscription can't answer to your emails I'm really furious and disappointed.
Only form of communication is the substandard ai bot via support mail which cannot resolve the billing issue. On my repeated requests to speak with the real person/agent, bot just sends me back my initial messages verbatim.
24h later, no one dared to help, it's like talking to a wall. Shameful and distrustful behaviour. You shouldn't trust this company with your money.

Misleading and Dishonest Subscription – Avoid This Company
I’m extremely disappointed with Higgsfield. They advertise unlimited video and image generation to attract customers, but as soon as I purchased their expensive subscription, they removed those features the very next day. There was absolutely no warning or label indicating that these “unlimited” options were temporary or subject to change. If there had been a clear warning that the unlimited option would expire, I would have avoided purchasing the subscription altogether.
This feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic. If a company promotes features to get you to subscribe and then cancels them right after payment, that’s not just poor service — it’s dishonest. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform until they become transparent about what they’re actually offering.
