Paid twice now for priority shipping for it to take LONGER than basic shipping ...the "handling time " is days they will mark it as ready and sit on it for up to 48 hrs ...USPS will just say waiting on package after the lable is created .... No I'm sorry no acknowledgement no reimbursement ...nothing

Shipping was terrible,bud came ( Wedding cake) greenhouse,very good quality, would recommend if shipping gets fixed but they shouldn't hold in to packages for 6 days if it's priority.

I've never had a problem with shipping from hello Mary. I always use the priority shipping and it gets there within the specified time. I live in Connecticut and I believe they are West Coast based. I've ordered from a handful of different suppliers and hello Mary has been the top choice for quality of product so far. Once I find a supplier I like I really don't like trying others like I just did recently and was severely disappointed with Secret Nature... Hello Mary customer for life here. I'm 1 51 y/o male who has been using for 30 years. I recently switched to a dry herb vape and will never burn out of anything else. I still take two gummies a day totaling 700 mg.

What a scam, will take your money and never send the product. Will blame it on shipping very little Customer support buyer beware stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. They are so many other better companies to deal with this junk company!

They took my money said they was gonna give refund never received refund and thing is I didn't even care about the money anymore it's way more about my time been wasted

I have placed 4 orders with these clowns and they have not once shippied it correctley. you either pay for priority mail and they send it ground or the say the send it priority but their priotirty mail takes longer to send out than lit farms ground shipping(i order from both they showed up on the same day). They are charging people priority and taking forever hoping people wont ask for a refund. they product has become dry dust instead of kind bud nugs and customers service trys to make you feel like the proplem instead of trying to help or get you the product that you already paid for and paid extra for it to come in 2-3 days nope we will get to it when we get to it ordered 11/28 still dont even have an eta of when they will send it out let alone recive the actuall package

I ordered two sacks from these clowns both of them were .04 off one was an eighth and one was a half ounce yes that doesn't seem like much on the half ounce but it is a lot on the 8th basically a half a gram these people are double dipping they're shorting people 4/10 of an ounce and then selling that most likely I will never order again from them a terrible customer service!

Im a 100% disabled veteran, I more than dabble with cannabis. I consume over 4 g rso orally a day and anywhere from a gram to 2 of concentrates a day. I can honestly say that these guys have the best stuff if gotten anywhere so far. Definitely the best on franklist. All tho i live all the way across the us from them and in a med cannabis state, they still have the best quality for the price. Ive switched to buying just from them. They also gave me a perm discount for being a veteran. Only bad thing i can say, if you wana call it bad, is that they dont have good vapes yet but i can see that in due time.

They have by far the best stuff I have ever smoked. I bought the 818 OG and the Black Ice smalls. The looks, taste and smell of their flower is incredible. They also have the lab work and certificates of analysis on all products. Also I received the order 3 days after purchasing which is amazing! Ships to all 50 states!
