It's a great concept and is cheaper than the LunchEAZE while offering pretty much all of the same features if you include the app, but it has battery issues. No matter how long I charge it for it doesn't get farther than 88% - when it does, it'll drop to 88% in less than an hour. Bizarrely, once it reaches that, the good news is that it'll hold that charge for quite a while (several days at least) but given that the issue exists I'm not sure that the displayed charge on the app is actually accurate...
Due to what I expect is the above issue, the lunchbox won't stay on for the entire "keep warm" session; it shuts off partway through. I can turn it on again and there will be charge, but it won't activate the heating mechanism again.
Other than these issues I do genuinely love this lunchbox but I only bought it last year in September, and at nearly two hundred bucks AUD I'm pretty worried that the battery is dying and I'd have to get another one. I thought that surely it'd last a few years at least.

"Warning for this company" My order #30955 has not been delivered despite the promised 3-4 day delivery. I have received a confirmation from them with a delivery method with DHL as previous customers have complained about. However, DHL does not seem to have received the shipment. I have tried to contact them on several occasions, but without a response from them. They do not have a phone number listed. Only email. Very disappointed. The value corresponds to €250

I bought a box and it just so happened that it was defective. After the defect was announced, I was given a new box in 2 days. Very good after-sales service. The box is top, it heats well

I purchased two Heatsbox units—one with a battery for travel and one without for my office. Unfortunately, the battery-powered version stopped heating effectively after only a few uses. It still heats up, but much less than before, which might be due to the battery not handling the load properly. The second unit, the one without a battery, completely stopped working after just one year. These products don't seem mature enough for the market. I would definitely not recommend them.

Actually I had ordered two of these boxes but the one which was delivered , I already returned that and I received the refund just for that only. The box which I ordered first that i could not received because of the wrong address and that was being returned by the DHL back to you just because they could not find the address. I already attached the order number at the bottom which was not being received. And one more thing that I attached the return slip with the mail I sent it to heatsbox for the second order I returned.

My HeatBox Go was not working and I contacted the company by email. I received a reply within two days to send the item for inspection with a paid for postage label.
Unfortunately I did not hear from them for more then a week, I had to enquire and they could not explain why it was taking too long. After my enquiry everything went smoothly and quickly.
Overall I am very pleased with the service.

I bought an heatsbox last December to my husband and in the end of the same month, after an update, it just stopped working, I'm sick of trying to speak with the costumer support, after a couple of emails without answer, I received one reply from Lucia asking about what was wrong with my heatsbox, were I exposed my problem, and I never received a reply again.... Just money thrown in the trash... More than 150€, I feel like I was scammed....

Great products, and even greater service. Bought one as Christmas present, but the lid was damaged during transport. Customer service provided an amazing service in getting it replaced.

Poor product!! Can only warm one meal off a full charge and takes absolutely ages to recharge. Only used mine a few times and the battery is struggling.

When the team got back to me they were more than happy to refund me in full even though the returns policy is actually only 14 days rather than the usual 30 day policy in the UK. Thanks so much.

Such a shame. Great build quality but just doesn’t works as advertised, food does not heat up as suggested. Tried reaching out to customers services as the instructions are not clear maybe I was using wrong setting but it’s been over a week now. I bought two I shall be sending under one back.

This is my favourite gadget ever!
It means proper meal prep and lovely hot food when you want it. A great way to use leftover meals.
Hot lunches in the office every day are a dream.
I sometimes medium cook salmon in it from raw which works well at 55 degrees for an hour.
I always wrap in clingfilm when traveling as it can leak although it is rare if stored sideways in my bag.
App is a bit buggy and sealing it incorrectly will cause leakage but otherwise fantastic.
For a full thick meal it needs 45-60 mins to properly heat up, not an issue for me as you can schedule in the app.

It cannot be heats up in 15-25 min as mentioned in your web. Even I heats my meal upto 30 mins, I feel some of food still be cold.
