Fabulous first experience
I’d never made a neon sign before. I spoke with a customer rep via FB messenger. We discussed what I wanted, the size that was best, shop placement and lighting, etc. When the sign came I saw one change I wish I’d made, but it was something the rep had told me about during our discussions. It was my fault completely, but they still gave me a 10% discount to make up for the detail. They truly are concerned about customer happiness, & I’ll def order from them again.
