We visited Haverhill car Xchange to view a seat Leon estate. Josh was very helpful and answered any questions we had. After a week we decided to purchase the car from them.
All members of staff was very polite and weren't pushy at all.
Highly recommend this company.
Absolutely great service! I bought my car here just over a month ago and the process was so smooth and easy! Due to the distance I was coming from, everyone I spoke to did nothing but ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. Josh looked after me when I came in and was very helpful with all the questions I had. Absolutely love my new car and had no issues whatsoever! Thank you so much for the great service☺️
Fantastic service! And super happy!
From the initial call and enquiry Josh was helpful with every question about the car.
Went and test drove the vehicle, having some knowledge myself of cars, it was great to find a dealership that was both honest about the car and knew there stuff about the vehicle! Very genuine interaction.
I was helped through the process and once again Josh and the rest of the team was there on hand for any questions! Thank you for my new car! A*
I’ve purchased multiple cars from this dealership over the years and never had an issue. From the beginning the customer service has been great, never felt rushed in viewings and the team were always very helpful. They were happy to answer all queries I had and I would highly recommend them over other dealerships in the area.
Disgusting Business., Sold me a dodgy car, i asked for assistance on the 9th of august after having the car for 4 months used for 2500 miles., clutch gone, engine consuming water, engine management light on, was it serviced? service light on after 2000 miles. All i got on the phone, from you lot Not our problem mate. Well it is now isn't it your forced to repair it all under the Consumer rights act 2015. You then call me today with the sweetest of all voices like butter wouldn't melt and you wonder why I'm annoyed with the amount of rubbish ive had to deal with. The lies, the deceit, you have been reported to trade in standards and now to the motor ombudsman. good luck getting out of all that. All backed by and independent engineering report. DONT BUY CARS FROM THIS LOT. Stop lieing, i reported 4 faults to you on the 9th. you didn't want to know. i refused to pay for the report as per consumer rights act 2015 as i wont get the money back. Who else was i suppose to report it to after your staffs first response I don't tolerate Cowboys..???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? STOP SELLING DODGY CARS GOOD LUCK WITH TRADING STANDARDS. And the OMBUTSMON Put a court case against you as well just for a laugh. Bunch of cowboys. I can guarantee this car will develop another pile of faults when it returns. as your selling crashed cars your going to be repairing this car for life.CONCLUSIONS
Our opinion, being based on a physical assessment, written and verbal information supplied, observations
made by the engineer and our previous experience:
1. Coolant loss is evident. While no external leaks were found, the absence of contamination in the oil
suggests an early-stage or minor coolant consumption issue. This fault is consistent with being
present or developing at the point of sale, as failures of EGR coolers and head gaskets on this
engine type are known to develop progressively.
2. The engine management warning being illuminated confirms a stored diagnostic fault. This will
require scanning, but given the reported history (intermittent then permanent), it is likely that the fault
was developing before sale.
3. The clutch noise is consistent with worn release bearing or flywheel play. These faults develop over
time and are unlikely to arise suddenly within the short time and distance since purchase. This
therefore suggests a developing fault at the point of sale.
4. Bodywork misalignment on the left-hand side was evident at inspection and would have been
present at the time of purchase. This is cosmetic.
5. No evidence was found of driver error, neglect, or misuse. The vehicle was in satisfactory cosmetic
condition, and no signs of abuse were noted.
6. There is no evidence of failed repairs since sale. Faults observed appear to be progressive wear and
durability issues rather than botched workmanship.
7. The faults identified (coolant loss, engine management fault, and clutch noise) were present or
developing at the point of sale.
8. The vehicle is currently not of satisfactory quality and not durable, given the short period of
ownership and limited mileage since purchase.
THIS CONCLUDES YOU SOLD A DODGY CAR. I AM NOT A FAULT. This is a statement of truth and fact, if trustpilot wants a copy of the report i can provide it for them. They need to stop lieing, example the car had developed a fault, no it had 4 faults. I have the emails from the broker comfirming they didnt wanna help at all that i can.provide to trust pilot as well. People need to know about them selling dodgy cars. I have the facts here just ask for them. And what i put in the edit of the list was a copy and paste from the email. They have been reported on almost all levels.
Theres only one way out for them now and thats to keep the car. Or this will go on for ever. And cost them far more then what the car costs by at least 5 fold. Oh and moneybarn is in court on the 26th for breaching the equality act 2010. And 247 well they are strait to the ombutsmon for breaking consumer
rights act 2015 and lieing. With email evidence at hand. So good luck to you Paul. Simple solution to end it all. Accept the car back. Theres no defence agaisnt the truths i hold in my hand.

I have bought a few cars over the years and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The service is always excellent and the Warranty is done in house as they have their own mechanics. thanks again guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
All members of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very efficient in processing our purchase. We would be very happy to go back when buying our next car. Special thanks to Josh and Keaton for their care and attention.
This is my second report. Haverhill complained about my first claiming it was defamatory. I teach law. It's not defamatory if it's true. I invite Haverhill to sue me for defamation.
I bought a KIA Sportage AX16 HSK on 21st Sep 2024. The car had clearly had a paint job, but all in all looked okay. I bought this car with no inspection, via the internet, and trusted that Haverhill would not sell a dud.
4 Months later there was a serious engine failure deemed a write-off by another garage. But Haverhill wanted to repair and obtained a reconditioned engine. They handed it back to me, but according to an independent inspection by the AA partners ACE, the engine was rattling and the turbo charger was making a noise. Also an oil leak. Car was rejected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By this time we were in June 2025 (5 months after the problem). Since then Haverhill has made a series of offers to take the car back. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a refund (less a small discount for us) PLUS all other expenses incurred as a result of the car failure, including costs of a hire car where necessary. We are now at 31 August 2025 and I am on verge of court action.
If you make the crazy decision (in my opinion) to buy from this company - get an AA inspection @£99 first!
Otherwise, own the consequences. Aftersales service is awful.
Having bought multiple cars from Lee and his team over the years I have found them always helpful, polite and honest. The cars have on the whole been great however when I have had the odd problem we they have always been able to rectify it quickly for me with the minimum of inconvenience to me. Thanks guys.
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the worst customer service and experience with this car company. I purchased a vehicle from them for over 10k only to discover that it had been sold to me with dangerous, faulty brakes that posed a serious safety risk.
When I brought this to their attention, they initially dismissed my concerns, then told me to go through the warranty. The damage was not covered under warranty and cost me over £400 to fix. The mechanics called me and said the brake pads and discs were so badly wore that it was a disgrace how they would let you drive off in that condition. The car apparently had an MOT before I picked it up, which was also done by the people at Xchange Haverhill.
My partner decided to write a review on my behalf, which the manager obviously does not like the review and calls me constantly. At first they denies the call and asks me to send the invoice for the work, which I did. They promised to help me resolve the situation by them contacting the warrant company and getting a backdoor payment! Really all they cared about was the review.
As expected, they completely ignored me and did not follow-up! Their lack of accountability, dishonesty, and blatant disregard for customer safety is appalling. I felt completely deceived and abandoned.
If you value your money and more importantly your safety, do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. They are untrustworthy, exploitative, and have zero regard for their customers. I would give zero stars if I could — avoid at all costs!

I brought a car from haverhill car exchange a few months back. John was very helpful and I was given plenty of time to have a look around at my own leisure, I was given any keys for cars of interest to me and I was not pestered into buying anything. I was able to go for a test drive for as long as I like and on my own.
When collecting the car on collection date the paperwork was explained thoroughly and the V5 was completed and the tax was completed for me and no additional pressure to buy the extended warranty.
I did have an issue with the car in the first few days but called them up and John was extremely helpful, the car was booked in the following day and work completed swiftly so I wasn't without the car for too long. The car has been perfect since and I love my purchase. I would highly recommend this garage.
We recently purchased our new car from Haverhill Car Xchange. We travelled 50 miles and we were pleasantly surprised how nice all the cars on site were presented compared to orher car dealers we have visited over the past couple of weeks. We were able to view and test drive a few different cars and we were left to make our own decision without any pressure. Our new car was serviced and moted prior to collection, including the advisories being completed. Thanks John, Josh and Lee.

A few days following my purchase of the Hyundai I800 - I'm very pleased with the car and more than happy with the service provided in the run up to the purchase and on the day of me buying the car. Paul was really helpful getting everything organised on the day and Josh and John were attentive and answered all my queries before I arrived. I was a little apprehensive as it's the most expensive car I've purchased - but I am very happy with the vehicle. Would highly recommend Haverhill Car Exchange and the team for their professionalism and helpfulness.

I brought a seat ibiza last week, it was very easy and no pressure to buy unlike other car sales I have been to. I found them very knowledgeable and helpful, they explained everything about the extended warranty, and went through all the paperwork thoroughly to make sure I understood everything

My partner bought a car from this garage less than a month ago! On the drive home he noticed a screeching sound, which was concerning and called Haverhill Car Xchange the next day. He explained the noise and stated that he would have to drive the car again to establish what the issue is. After a few days and the continued screeching he called the garage to explain. The owner at the garage stated that he would have to put in a claim with warranty.
No offer to help or assist at all!
My partner got the car checked and the brake discs and pads we so badly wore the car was actually dangerous to drive and the mechanic said the garage would have know about this problem 100% (Shocking!)
Of course this is not covered by warranty and he has had to pay £435 to get the issue fixed!
They were happy to take over 10k for the car but no help or care after!
Be mindful of the after-car provided by this company and TAKE A MECHANIC!!

Lee and the team at the car xchange were super helpful sourcing me the car of my dreams, took them a matter of days to find the perfect car for me, a 2013 bmw m135i in black. What a pleasurable and easy experience I had with Lee and the team. Amazingly helpful sorting out getting the wheels refurbished and the other odd little jobs that needed doing ( service, cleaning and polishing the car) 👌. Cant thank Lee and the team at the car xhange enough for making all this possible. Would recommend Haverhill Car Xchange to anyone. A truly great car dealer with tonnes of knowledge and experience when it comes to car and van. Not to mention how polite and friendly they all are there. Always happy to help with any questions you've got.
Thankyou Haverhill Car Xchange. For finding me the perfect car
👌👌👌👍👍👍🤌🤌🤌
Recently purchased a Seat Ibiza from Haverhill Car Xchange. The guys let us take the car out for as long as we wanted to test drive it for. Customer service was amazing, not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I am now enjoying my first car with an amazing purchase experience. Ben M 😊
From the start to the end it was a very pleasant and smooth experience, great communication and all questions answered on the spot. Any issues with the car I wanted to buy, were addressed straight away and actioned as promised. Keep up the great job!
UPDATE: when collecting the car, I noticed the remote fob for car unlocking doesn't work, 10 days later and several emails sent (no reply), all I had was 2 phone calls to say they will fix it - but nothing has happened so far. Also, the Air Conditioning isn't working so after having my car back at their garage, they did confirm there is a problem with it, possible a leak - but no actual date when this will be fixed given, they do not reply emails which is very frustrating.
FURTHER UPDATE: 4 days later, the remote key fob is fixed, very good service from Rob. Thank you!
FOLLOW UP UPDATE: the air con is fixed now - I have to admit that I was bit sceptical about them guys, but indeed they stayed on the top of everything and yes I strongly RECOMMEND them!
