Thomas helped us from Hamilton and Chase Tours. His communication and response times were impeccable. He set up a beautiful tour in the Douro Valley of Portugal for us. Arranged a great driver in a clean sleek Mercedes, English speaking, very professional and safe driver. We had a lovely day, everything was on time and went as planned. Thomas checked in with us a few days prior to make sure we had everything we needed, and there was already a follow up email in my inbox at the day’s end. We will definitely use this company again for more European travel.

Out Portugal trip was great, the hotel was tidy, on the coast, transfer was on time, the guides are superb, what else would you ask for.

It was a bit hot so we had to rest a bit longer yet we extended our tours. What was a plus.

We recommend picking early Spring or later Fall dates if you go to Europe, it is getting warmer.

My company used Hamilton and Chase for a company trip to Sintra in Portugal and we had a great experience! They did all the planning and organizing for us.They made it seem effortless and I know its not easy to plan a trip for 40 people.The tour was great. The buses met us at our hotel and took us to one of the palaces in Sintra and then we had time to walk around with the guide. Sintra is such a pretty city! The drivers were very professional and the tour guide was great! Thank you for such a great experience!

Thank you for helping us with our Spain trip. All went well and David was super helpful when planning the trip. The drivers were helpful with our luggage what was a plus. Flamenco show was a big bonus while we received VIP tickets sitting at the front. Was a nice touch.
