I had the worst experience with hairstore.fr

I had the worst experience with Hairstore.fr. First of all, on their site its stated that delivery is 24-48 hours. Only after 72 hours I received an email that the delivery was further delayed.
When I finally received my package, they sent me wrong products. I got in touch with customer service who was polite but could not facilitate my needs and they have no control over their logistic partner. I see this problem with brands that outsource everything.
I sent the wrong products back and are waiting for a refund. There are much better online stores out there that I will use in the future.
