They have ceased trading, so my mattress delivery never turned up and they were uncontactable. Annoying but supplier has rearranged delivery with another courier

Mattress due yesterday between 1 - 3 (i had to ring supplier for this) no one told me, not turned up, not answering at all, not answering my emails, took old mattress to skip, had to sleep on sofa, very uncomfortable, supplier cant even get hold of them, its like they have disappeared off the face off the planet, WHERE ARE YOU AND WHERE IS MY MATTRESS, the delivery company that does not communicate or answer phones or emails, or shows up, you should be ashamed of yourselves, really come on, how can you survive and be proud off this, Shocking customer service, you should be shut down

Ordered from Bimble Solar, and it was made clear that if I missed the delivery, I’d have to pay another delivery charge. Knowing this, I took the day off work. I got a message after midday to say that you are unable to deliver.
I was given a Saturday for rescheduled delivery, which came outside of the 3 hour window.
I lost a days wages and was unimpressed with the delivery in general.
Your driver was polite and cheerful (the only positive)

The staff were extremely polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! They even carried our table to our back garden for us! We would highly recommend this company and the product is first class! Very well made!

There were two delivery men who took great care getting the mattress upstairs and carefully unpacked. They turned the mattress the right way round and took all packaging away with them. They were very friendly and polite throughout. The delivery process was very efficient.

The communication about my delivery was outstanding. Phone calls and txts from the driver kept us updated to the minute it was delivered. Well done in an age where customer service is disappearing.

Green2 were excellent. Great communication – I knew what was happening every step of the way.
I got the first delivery slot for my particular day, between 7 and 10 am which was brilliant for me as it didn’t impact on my day at all. The delivery guys were lovely – they arrived at 07:20 and the mattress was unpacked and on the bed by 07:30. They even took the packaging away which I was not expecting them to do.
I cannot fault this company at all.

The Green2 guys who delivered our new mattress were great. They kept us informed and arrived on time. Before taking the box upstairs, they removed their shoes, unpacked and set up the mattress quickly and with care, then took all the packaging away, as we requested. Everything went smoothly and they were very polite. I would definitely use them again.

We live in an isolated area, in the Scottish countryside down a single track road. The drivers were polite and good humoured and didn't seem put out that it had taken til 11.30 pm when their timeslot ended at 6 pm.

Unable to put 0. Involved in incident with van on 16th May 2023. Van was being driven in an unroadworthy condition on a major A road with heavy bodywork damage. A piece of debris came away from the van and collided with my car. This company has failed to report the incident to their insurance.

The delivery team was very helpful. I had ordered a new mattress to replace my old one, but couldn't move my old mattress myself, so they moved it to a different room additionally to the delivery of the new mattress.
They kept me up to date with the delivery time.

What made the delivery great was the helpfulness of the delivery personnel. They delivered when they said , were careful and respectful of my home, unpacked the furniture and took away packaging. And all with a smile,Excellent service
