I am going to one-star due to this reason:

A LOT of "new" accounts with 1-2 reviews posting positive comments. - VERY sus.

Once you started paying Nigerian accounts to give yourself good reviews... it is a sign of desperation AND you just labelled your platform as possibly pro-scammer or scammy.

I been emailing Graviex to rest my password and no one has responded. I’m in the Telegram and no one has responses. I have money on this platform and I can’t open it but no one will help me. Please don’t use this platform

I requested for my refunding back three weeks ago (successfully) through the name on my profile photo and the account is still open but hell no I will put my money on it again

Graviex is a low lvl exchange which i believe totally designed to support stolen coins and also burning ppl’s money. It has a mobile app which not giving info about the chain and coin which you gonna do the deposit. When you complain about getting your coin , they say we only support that network not the one you made deposit on it . I will give them -***** stars . If you do care about your money never ever do trade there

Graviex is good, not so easy to use graphic interface then other exchanges but they as cheap as free to use. I am using it for half an year already, good customer support too, they respond to messages.

Graviex.net is good and legit. As a novice, I exchanged my ADS to USDT and later from USDT to DOGE without any problem in their exchange/trade section. I later withdrew my dogecoin into my wallet. It was processed within 60 seconds with transaction details clearly shown. I had to write this review because of what I saw here. I almost did not trust graviex.net because of the negative feedback here (maybe the negative feedback is from other competitors) . They are real and legit. Graviex.net even have a free faucet section where novice like me can claim free cryptocurrency. Even though the reward is small, accumulating it can be Worth it. I think graviex.net should improve on this. My user experience was good. The support service listened to every single (and sometimes ridiculous) complain of mine. Tickets were answered within 24 hours. Honestly, u need to try it.

I cannot withdraw my ARRR coins from graviex
The coin is delisting I have 45 coins but the withdrawal fee is (20 coins ~USD $27.20)
I consider it as an insult minimum 60 coins in your wallet ... how many people have been caught out ... nice profit from innocent people ...
Other respectable exchanges once they choose to delist a coin no restriction is set except a small fee.

Graviex is a hit and miss.
PROS:
Deposits and withdraws have ALWAYS been recieved.
Easy system to use.
Interesting for certain STAKE and MN node coins.

CONS:
Trading volume on some coins seems fake.

You will see orders of thousands being filled all the time at a certain price untill you place a bid at that price. At this point you can wait for hours untill you cancel the order... Once you do that again orders are filled at that price so it seems a lot are either fake or wash trades.

customer service was responsive to my query. after seeing all these bad reviews here I thought I would settle the score. withdrawal time was a tad long, but customer support had a very prompt reply. there are many pairs available on this exchange that cannot be found elsewhere.

They steel your coins and shift the responsibility on coin developers and do not wont to participate in solving of the wallet issues they have.

Just another exit scam. In the early days of the exchange, I was able to do some transactions. Somehow trusted and hoped it would manage to thrive, but the point that I started noticing a lot of shit coins, I began to get worried. Got a lot of GIO I couldn't withdraw, including some other coins and the so called dividend 😆; and now, the website is down. Already prepared my mind for it anyway. It is what it is.

Old review:
This is my second year of using graviex and I have never experienced a single issue. The only time I experienced slight issue was at the earliest days of its launch, when my BTC wasn't reflecting after a while, but support got it rectified in a very short time after complaining. That was in 2018. I still have good number of coins here, and I am also getting dividends consistently from holding the exchange coin, which I have withdrawn part of it few times.

Graviex still have room to do more, most especially marketing and interface. More volume could be helpful for the exchange. Not my best exchange, but not bad as some have painted it, with no valid statement on why. That is my take so far though, and I will surely come back if anything changes from my experience thus far.

I cannot withdraw my arrr coins form graviex. I send more than 10 support tickets and made withdraw tests to different destination wallets. Nothing works and support answer only standard like, tryed it with smaller amount. The fee are now 20 Arrr coins and nobody can transfer less than 20. Now they want delist ARRR and I cannot withdraw my coins.
