Gopaylix doesn’t pay anything
I was told to open up an account with this company to make deposits into this company because they would protect my money and give me options for withdrawals.
Since getting involved with this company, it has been one fee after another constant fee no matter what you want to do there’s a fee
If you need a code to remove your money, there’s a fee for that
If you want to buy and move, bitcoin there’s a fee for that there’s also a fee that you have to pay for insurance
If you try to make a withdrawal, there’s a fee for that
Conveniently, when you pay these fees, no matter what you send them even if it’s twice the amount of the fee they always receive less of what you send
I sent $1300 in bitcoin and they only received $634 it doesn’t matter to them
The first time I tried to make a withdrawal from this company
I paid their fee In fact their Support tech told me that I could make that payment in two separate payments which I did. Even though the fee was paid, they would not release the funds that I was trying to withdraw.
Their CEO apologize to me profusely, but did not fix the problem
The only problem that he fixed was on his side The customer meant absolutely nothing.
Here I am again trying to do the same thing and bottom line is I have not received my withdrawal. In fact they aren’t even answering me. Now today. 10/14/25. This company now tells me that I owe capital gains taxes and I have to pay them because they reported me to the IRS.
As a digital bank, yes they do have the right to report my income to the IRS
But this does not give them the right to charge me taxes All taxes are paid through a tax authority, not a digital bank from another country
Always something with this bank always trying to get money out of your hands, even though they’re already holding money that belongs to me and they won’t allow me to access it
Do not deal with this company. Always something.

Please don’t tell me that your company is transparent. You are anything, but you have no white pages for any potential customers to read before they get involved with your company. Everything has to be found out as you go along. I think this is very unfair. WhitePages should be provided to any potential customer.
As far as paying capital gains taxes to your company, I can provide you with the emails that I got telling me that I need to pay these capital gain taxes to your company in the amount of $640
And my withdrawal would not be allowed until I pay these taxes
You do not work for the IRS you do not collect taxes for the IRS because I’ve already spoken to the IRS about this
Say what you like, but I’m the one suffering all of this bullshit for weeks now
