They organised our Trips to Greece and Italy and whenever we needed help James was always there to assist.

Please do not use them, unless you want your money to be lost and all your plans ruined.

They were smart enough to book an airline that went bankrupt. On the day of my trip was when I found out my flight was cancelled and that all my plans and money I’ve spent are going to waste.

I reached out to them asking why didn’t they inform me earlier and didn’t even get an intellectual response. They told me I can book a new flight with them for about £1000. So I lost my original flight with no refund and all the reservations and connecting flights were in turn lost.

Even chatting with them, I saw how unhelpful they were. Never using them again

Very rubbish work they did for my visa. First off lack of knowledge on the process, poor advice, they do everything the embassy doesn’t want you to do so that you end up getting a refusal. All they want is your money, don’t waste it on them. They don’t offer refunds and you’re better off applying by yourself.
