Mastercard has now received my complaint and claim and will look att my case. 2 sept ordered goods and paid for but so far no goods delivered. I see on internet that unfortunethly other persons have been like me fooled into buying from them. WARNING DO NOT ORDER OR PAY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY. The company is a scam, have also informed Meta about this and hopefully people will be allerted not to order anything from them. Will revert with more information on my case when I receive this from my claim case.
Monday 13 of October. Had a new reply from this scam company with a AI responce not answering when they will send my order 6 weeks since payment, only a rubbish reply again
DO NOT TRUST THIS FAKE SCAM COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Camtrix is a scam company
Camtrix is a scam company. I paid for 3 cameras 4 months ago and still have not received them. Emails to company are replied from fake autobot responses. Requested a refund and still have not received either.
Companies like this really ruin it for legit companies as now i will no longer purchase online in fear of being scammed again.
Camtrix support response is an autobot reply. I have the same reply 12 times and still no refund. Don't be fooled by their attempt to communicate. It's FAKE.

Scam. I would give no stars if it was possible. I returned my camera in line with there returns policy and never received a refund. Their customer services chat facility was just a stalling tactic and a means to convince me to keep the camera. I payed through PayPal and they were unable to resolve the issue or reimburse me. Please be warned.

Better Than I Expected

Great Little Camera
I didn't know what to anticipate, but this camera impressed me. The app paired quickly, and I adore the fact that I'm allowed to add more than one camera so I can watch various parts of the home. The image is clear, even in the dark, and the wide-angle lens is a big plus. The magnet mount is pure brilliance as I can quickly move the camera from the living room to the garage. Battery life is fair when using for short periods, but is plugged in most of the time. For the cost, I think this is a decent value for home monitoring.

Impressive Features and Easy Setup
I have used some other home security cameras in the past, but this one impressed me the most. First, the installation was easy. The app is smooth, and only a few minutes were required to get the devices connected. I adore the wide-angle view of 150 degrees. So much ground is covered, and I don't worry as much that I can check in from anywhere and see what's going on at my place. The night vision is better than I expected, and the magnetic mount is so helpful when getting the camera into tricky locations. The support of 128GB cards is just the way I like for archiving long recordings, and so far, I've had no problem with the card. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a compact but trustworthy camera.

Reliable and Impressive Performance
I was impressed at how well this camera works. Setup was easy, and I like that you can use it both through WiFi and offline with the memory card. The video is clear, and the night vision is excellent. It's worked well at keeping an eye out when I'm away from home. I like that the mounting is magnetic so I can move the camera anywhere. The camera even withstood some rain, which was an added bonus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and it's been a great addition to my security system.

Just What I Needed
I've wanted something as just a basic camera that I could utilize in the home, and this one covers all the needs. It's compact, portable, and doesn't garner much notice as I blend it in with other electronics. The WiFi setup was seamless, and I enjoy that I don't necessarily have to rely on the internet at all times, as this connects just as effectively in an offline system using the memory card. The wide-angle lens spans my full front porch, and the night vision worked out so perfectly. I especially enjoy being able to see the feed from my phone when I'm at the desk.
