As a longtime Genshin Impact player, I deeply appreciate the quality, storytelling, and artistic design this game consistently delivers. However, I believe it's important to highlight a persistent concern: the disproportionate gender balance in character releases. The overwhelming number of female characters compared to male characters may inadvertently alienate a portion of the player base who prefer balanced representation or resonate more with male characters.
While I understand artistic choices and audience preferences play a role, it would be refreshing and inclusive to see greater variety in upcoming releases—especially when the lore presents opportunities for compelling male figures. Representation matters, and diverse character development enhances both narrative depth and player engagement.
I hope this feedback is considered with the intent it’s given: to help evolve an already extraordinary game into one that feels more balanced and welcoming for everyone.

I've played this for years, having discovered wuthering waves, I realise that genshin is becoming very boring. Unlike WW that has a skip button, if you don't want to read the long-winded story you can't complete the event. I play for exploration, chest finding and puzzles, but far too easy now. I'd give it 4 out of my original 10 these days. So disappointed.

I've been trying to contact support for more than 1 month, I only receive automatic responses, a hacker stole my account and abandoned it, but the company is so lazy that it doesn't analyze the files sent, more than 10k dollars spent and the only response is that I am making a mistake in some configuration or question about the account, totally absurd, considering that I have all the proof, thousands of files, videos and witnesses that the account is mine

Too many updates and too many bugs like recently i couldn't play that game for 2 days it kept showing me that the connection timed out I'm dissapointed

i faced way too many problems in a day and yet i couldn't even play the game / I installed it and downloaded 60gb data and it asked for an update right away I downloaded that as well (20gb) then it failed to verify files it downloaded then i had to redo the whole thing from scratch but now no matter what i do it says "Connection Timed Out"

I have spent about $50 and a year for this game and it just is not worth it. Yes, the story is somewhat nice, but in order to follow it, you have to do tedious tasks and they get incredibly difficult with time, like the drum quest in version 3.6, I have spent 2 hours on a simple quest, that is supposed to take 2 mins and that is just one quest with a video guide. Players are toxic, they love you, if you love the game, but hate you otherwise, so do not expect any help, if you run into a trouble.

My friend got me Into this game and I admit, I have fun for a while but I would constantly get a
“Reconnecting” message very often and it made it unplayable. Did some research and it’s been happening for 2 years. I started making wishes and after 2 days of grinding I got a new character I was proud of and my friend decided to bust my balls and pull out the character I happily and merrily pulled. I felt anger and just straight up disappointment after all that time just to get a character then getting spat in my face

I hate Genshin Impact I spent 160 pulls and I didn’t get the weapon that I wanted to get. This game is full of gambling. It encourages you to gamble. Don’t let your kids play this game otherwise, they may have gambling addictions and issues when they were adults.

I really like the concept of the game. It never gets boring exploring all the landscapes, doing your quests, grinding for the best character and improving your fight skills!
Sadly Genshin Impact isn’t available on a MacBook or simply a Mac. I’d love to play on there. In the past I played on my phone which also doesn’t work anymore because Genshin takes up to much storage.
May Genshin Impact could be made compatible with MacBooks? The old ones and the new ones with Silicon layers?

Been emailing multiple times for unlinking my PSN account and no response (you’re supposed to get a response to fill out a form). I sent it multiple times and did it from multiple accounts. No response. I highly doubt they would help me.

Terrible cs, slow response

they're terrible. don't care about their players, at all. it's all about the money. everyone's time and energy spent all go to waste as soon as a hacker steps in, literally trashing their account and selling it to others. it's upsetting. why can't mhy at least freeze the accounts under the suspicion of getting hacked??

And also- reply back faster. Do not wait a WHOLE MONTH just to tell us that we got rejected. some people have waited years, and they give you sufficient evidence, but you just straight up reject?? it's horrible.

Game is absolutely amazing. The customer service has been really helpful, I didn’t have to wait relatively long for their reply and they were just general a help which not a lot of companies customer service has. As for the game the game is extremely fun, theres endless content to explore and the game adjust to you in a way and what you want to do. The game pretty much has some sort of content for everyone. Not to mention the graphics are absolutely amazing and the movements care smooth.

Customer Service ignores players, delays in responding to emails, and handles other people's requests. I was unable to recover my lost account even though I provided all the information and receipts they requested. It took me over a month to get a negative response from them, what a wasted wait! Customer Service is not enthusiastic and their work attitude is terrible, why is the original owner's rights denied?
