Claiming they are open the first and last Sunday a month 10-16 (Copenhagen), rushing there after work well before closing time, of course they were closed.
Although their product is alright, I researched myself, their employee was hopeless and only able to recommend her personal experience/product, not having any knowledge about the rest of the products selling in the store/company, nor asking for my needs. Poor service.

I ordered a device. I got the information online that it comes with all the parts and it didn’t. Which is fine, I must have misread it. Also the device was not working no matter how long I was charging it. I took a visit to the store in Slagelse where I bought the missing parts and the sales lady changed the device. I ask her to plug the new one in and see if it lights up, she said it did but when I got home it wasn’t working. I charged it for at least an hour and still nothing. I had to go back again, ask for a refund and buy a different brand.

I bought iqos iluma from Nestved storcenter store as a gift for my friend in another country. When I gave the gift I realised that the product was not working. When I went back to Denmark about 20 days later, when I went to the same store for a return or exchange, the employee there said that he could not make a return or exchange. Later, when tested with a computer in a different iqos partner shop, it was understood that the battery was defective. I bought a zero product and it was not exchanged or returned.

Daoshop did not deliver parcel. Address was correct (has been used loads of times without issue) and as I work from home courier didn't even ring bell or try calling. Very bad service from courier provider.
