GEjSER var den første til at åbne en fysisk butik i Århus, og siden da er mange flere kommet til. Vi har derfor mere end 10 års erfaring med salg af elektroniske cigaretter.

Navnet GEjSER symboliserer alt det, vi står for: nordisk urkraft, styrke og ikke mindst damp.

Vi har et kvalificeret team af eksperter inden for elektroniske cigaretter, der altid står klar til at hjælpe. Unreliable & unprofessional

Claiming they are open the first and last Sunday a month 10-16 (Copenhagen), rushing there after work well before closing time, of course they were closed.
Although their product is alright, I researched myself, their employee was hopeless and only able to recommend her personal experience/product, not having any knowledge about the rest of the products selling in the store/company, nor asking for my needs. Poor service.

I ordered a device

I ordered a device. I got the information online that it comes with all the parts and it didn’t. Which is fine, I must have misread it. Also the device was not working no matter how long I was charging it. I took a visit to the store in Slagelse where I bought the missing parts and the sales lady changed the device. I ask her to plug the new one in and see if it lights up, she said it did but when I got home it wasn’t working. I charged it for at least an hour and still nothing. I had to go back again, ask for a refund and buy a different brand.

Selling a defective product and not receiving a refund or exchange

I bought iqos iluma from Nestved storcenter store as a gift for my friend in another country. When I gave the gift I realised that the product was not working. When I went back to Denmark about 20 days later, when I went to the same store for a return or exchange, the employee there said that he could not make a return or exchange. Later, when tested with a computer in a different iqos partner shop, it was understood that the battery was defective. I bought a zero product and it was not exchanged or returned.

Daoshop did not deliver parcel

Daoshop did not deliver parcel. Address was correct (has been used loads of times without issue) and as I work from home courier didn't even ring bell or try calling. Very bad service from courier provider.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues with the courier on this shipment. I can see that they noted, that some address info is missing, and therefor they've redirected the shipment to the nearest drop point instead. DAO delivers all packages at night, and they don't call or ring the bell for that reason.
